Kellie and Larissa are the best and so helpful. Their hours are always correct and everyone who works here always tries to get you an answer, even by research.I have a post box here and it’s been really helpful. Plus the store is always clean and organized. Even before I had my post box they were always so helpful and so kind. Always the best customer service.
Hi, this place has new owners and just wanna say that theyre awesome!!!Todd and Kellie Curry, who are the new owners, are amazingly nice and polite. I went to print out some business cards and they were great! They were extremely patient and polite. They won a totally guaranteed client!!! Todd guided me with my new Computers Repairs business and he gave me a lot of advertisement on how to do my best with the customers. The new owners are exactly what this neighborhood needed! They have a wide variety of services to offer in a friendly atmosphere. Their staff is competent, friendly and eager to assist you. I am so appreciative of good service these days! And oh, Todd works on computers. In addition to keeping my computer healthy, he has been helping me with my computer business goals and has enhanced my website to be super functional and attractive. He has a way of making things simple, including my life! At a very affordable cost! Whats not to like? Try them, you wont be sorry!
Super Slooooooooooowww service. Even if you have a package that is already paid and just need to drop it off; you have to wait in line. If you want your items to ship fast go to the post office instead. I will just go to the post office instead, they have a faster line, and faster shipping. This place is slow!

I arrived Wednesday at 5pm and waited 20+ minutes. One person on duty and she was busy. I needed an envelope to be in Portland OR by Friday. I was given 3 prices ranging from $79-150, depending on delivery time. When I questioned the rates the response was do you want it or not? My response, No I dont. Went to the post office Thursday morning. Paid $25. Envelope delivered Friday at 8:30am. For $79 I could have had an 8pm delivery! Thanks USPS!!!!

This is the ABSOLUTE worst postal office I have ever been to, and Ive been to post offices in Cambodia. My package got dropped there after not being able to be delivered and I have had to open lost claims for it twice, both times they closed it without actually finding the package (lied and said it was resolved) and ignored the redelivery Ive ordered. When I went to the actual place because they wont deliver it but they said they couldnt find it and just shood me away. This is an international priority express package, so it definitely shouldntThey literally dont even try to pretend that theyre trying to deliver the package.
Todd and his ENTIRE STAFF provide exceptional service. This PostalAnnex+ is under new ownership (2015) so if you had a poor experience in the past, please give this location another try. Every single employee has always treated me with kindness and professionalism even if all I was doing was dropping off a pre-paid package! I have been there now several times and they can do everything from telling you the cheapest way to ship, the fastest way to ship or they can completely box your item(s) for you! With a wide selection of services (they also provide notary----mailboxes w/ 24 hour access----shipping via UPS/FedEx/USPS----sell boxes and packing supplies, etc) and extraordinary customer service, this is the one-stop-shop to beat.
I came in to have a Live Scan performed for my professional License and Larrissa helped me. Customer service was moderate at that time. Larrissa had some issues with time management in customer service and snapped at several customers while performing my task. Before I left I was assured my fingerprints went directly to Live Scan and all my paperwork was faxed. Several days later I am unable to renew my license due to Larrissa not faxing my paperwork. In contacting Postal Annex I spoke directly to Larrissa and she immediately became defensive. She talked over me and would not listen and only focused on her self defense. In fact when I let her know I would be contacting the Live Scan company and her boss regarding her incompetence she replied So what, Go ahead which only validates her poor customer service and incompetence. Postal Annex charges $7.00 more dollars than other postal companies and does not finish the job set before them. I have no confidence in Postal Annex even with snail mail. Luckily for me I do not procrastinate and I have plenty enough time to fix this with another postal service.

Ive been a box holder here since the shopping center was completed over 20 years ago. There have been several owners of the Postal Annex + there over the years. I can tell you that the new owners that have been here for just the last few months have done more to improve the service quality and offerings at this location in that short time than the previous management did in the last 10 years.Parking used to be a huge problem here because the neighboring super Sizzler would take up all their parking spaces near the front so you couldnt drive up and easily unload your packages. The new owners have taken prompt action and now have a special limited time parking zone in the immediate area, so now there is always a free space up front to pull up to get your mail or ship stuff out!I havent had a single problem with mail delivery or lost shipments since the new ownership.If for some reason you have had a bad experience here in the past, you should give them another try, its a whole new business. The kind new owners shouldnt be penalized by past bad reviews from the old management team, its just not fair.
Lady working there refused to give me a drop-off receipt for a fed ex package. Is that to save the 2 pennies for the thermal paper? So when my package gets lost or stolen, I have no recourse? Seems a little shady to me.
My previous review is obsolete as the business is under new ownership since last using them. I will update if and when I use them again.
The guy who works here is sketch. All he cares about is scanning it in so he can get paid he repeats it about 5 times just in the short time I was in there to drop off my pre labeled packages. Wont be back.
