My father was visiting from out of town, and they still helped him adjust his hearing aid. Teresa fixed my father‘s hearing aid and he can hear much better. Walking into miracle ear was a great experience. Samantha at the front desk was courteous and very helpful. She set my appointment up with in seconds and provided me with a card. She followed up with a phone call reminder the day before my appointment. She’s very professional young lady.The day of my appointment I met Teresa Hobold the care provider. She was welcoming and very knowledgeable. She educated me on the process and the reason for good hearing care. As a Veteran and father I’m a stubborn person set in my ways. Teresa was able to make feel comfortable about taking the hearing test.Once the hearing test was completed Teresa was able to go step by step and showed me all the graphs showing me the reason why I needed help.The Next step was Teresa professionalism and showing me the hearing test and devices. After talking with her. I gave her the Ok to Mold my Ears. Teresa was Very gentle and made feel very blessed to have her and the experience. Once she was done we talked about the next steps. I provided her my information. I was impressed and happy that I was having a great experience.The following week I received a call from Samantha that my devices were in made the appointment for the following week. Samantha called the day before once again. Teresa was able to deliver my devices made me feel comfortable educated me on care. Miracle Ear has has a dynamic Duo in Teresa and Samantha. Teresa, of the Murrieta office, has been a jewel in helping me get used to my new hearing aids. I was really skeptical about getting them but she made that transition so soothing for me. Encouraged me to come in when I needed adjusting at the last minute, which I did, and is always encouraging in her support. She treated me like family always greeted and said goodbye with a hug.
