Top notch customer service started at front desk. Hearing Aide Consultant/Audiologist was very knowledgeable she knows her products. My hearing loss being significant I get the Best hearing quality with the Top of line product. But, they also offer a range of aides and costs. For me Im a happy camperWith the ones I chose and very delighted at the service I received

First time here took my Mother to get checked out. Naomi was Great and she explained everything to my Mother and myself. We were very happy with our service today.😇😊
I went to the office in Murrieta. From the first visit I felt I was being talked down to. Second encounter was worst. Naomi made me feel dumb. Third encounter, which is today. I returned the hearing aids because of the expense, but Mainly because I didn’t want to deal with Sue and Naomi. I’ll buy another set somewhere else.Like expected, they got mad and were rude to me for returning them. Naomi was extra rude today. Don’t want to go to that office ever again.

Even though posted hours on web site says 8:30am opening and telephone msg says 8:30am opening there is a sign on the door saying they dont open until 10 today due to a conference call. Not good planning or customer service - have no choice but to come back for cleaning of my hearing aids but I dont recommend this office or company.

I would HIGHLY recommend this office, they are all so patient, and always treat us with kindness and respect. The hearing aids my mother received here,have greatly improved the quality of her life. We have referred other family members and they have all been extremely pleased with their hearing aids,and impressed with the excellent customer service and quality care that they received.
We looked into a lot of models and they helped us work with our budget, they have a payment plan but we didnt end up needing to use it. Super sweet people. Glad I went in before seeing the other reviews, dont know why theyre so off base
They scammed me. My insurance paid them $500 towards my aid but they only gave me$250 credit on my bill. Dealer wouldnt do anything for meJust told me to call headquarters. Was informed that it would be checked out and IF they owed me I would get a refund. Guess what? Been six months and no action. They wont do anything for you unless you have an appointment. DONT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE!!
Sat in empty waiting area for 20 minutes past our 11am appointment time. The sales person didnt seem too concerned about a customer waiting. My doctor and I both agree I need a little help with hearing in 1 ear. Sales lady says I need 2 hearing aids. They supposedly have 4 different models of hearing aids for sale but only the most expensive one on hand to demo. Tried it out and Im not sure it was even working at all. Total disappointment. Other reviews seem generally negative for good reason. Take your business elsewhere.
