Going to my favor store is stress free. Now is better cause is only few minutes away from home.

Wouldn’t even give this place a single star, too bad one is the lowest. Had the worst experience with the manager whose name is Mick (whom you would think should set the example for the rest of the staff) today. To no surprise whatsoever considering it’s a dollar tree, I couldn’t tell what was worse, the service or the actual store itself. A line that went all the way to the back of the store just for one check out stand. Short staffed or not, if you have all those checkout lanes and 3 or 4 employees you should put two and two together and use them. Thankfully, after who knows how long those poor people had to wait in that long line, Mick (the manager) opened up another checkout lane. Although, he must’ve forgotten his light worked to indicate that his lane was open or he just was too lazy. As everyone waited for that one check out lane I used my brain and went to the stand that people were going to as they saw him helping others. Two other rude customers and Mick called me derogatory terms for “cutting in front of people when there is one line for two checkout stands.” Let me ask you this, why would you have one line for two checkout stands? Why would you have one line for five checkout stands? You wouldn’t. You just took the elderly couples side because you are clueless and can’t think for yourself. It’s easier to follow the crowd than do what’s right. Here’s some advice, you should give a heads up the people waiting in that God awful place you call a store that they’re going to be in line for a couple of days. Or, just turn your checkout stand light on (which I had to remind Mick to do, and more people came instantly) and tell people your line is open. Poor customer service, poor management, and Mick’s poor people skills led me here. What didn’t bother me was the awful experience I had with Mick directly was the one I had with him indirectly. Murmuring to the old people ahead of me after making a big scene, calling me a “little sh*t.” Its one thing to be old and disrespect young people, but in a place of work that you are supposed to be the manager for?

This is one of my favorites stores, l always have something to buy here.

Terrible! My cousin and I went to the bathroom and the door doesn’t shut! Like the door is literally to big for the frame. And, the floors were filthy and it smelt terrible. Never going back to that dollar tree.

No one of my favorite dollar trees in the area. Theyre very limited on selection. Ive been here numerous times and couldnt find what I was looking for (glue, calendar, etc). The lines are always long here. Id go to 99 cent store down the road.

Surprisingly the store wasnt busy around 4 pm and it was fully stocked the down side only 1 cashier.

Went in there last week and made a $15 purchase. At first, the card machine kept denying my transaction even though the funds were available. Then, after the fourth attempt, it went through. After leaving the store, I checked my account and noticed a duplicate charge for the exact same amount. After returning to the store and speaking with the manager, he assured me rudely, that this happens all the time and the duplicate charge would fall off. This did not happen. Instead, it went through. I am now waiting for my bank to resolve this issue with their financial institution, through a fraud investigation. In the meantime, the funds will be unavailable for at least a month. There are balloon strings dangling in your face throughout numerous aisles. No refunds are given without signs stating that fact. The aisles are filled with boxes needing to be put away. Go to California Oaks Dollar Tree for a better experience. Ridiculous!!

They need to check for expired food. Bought a lunchable on july 29 and it had been expired since june 7! Good thing I checked it before I let my son eat it.

Don’t judge a book by its cover! This store is cheap, decent quality, the employees are warm, friendly, kind people who want to help you, but the facilities are covered with extra boxes and the whole store is sort of gross, but definitely not rundown or disgusting. I will be back for the products and the kind staff, not the facilities :)

Love coming to Dollar Tree to get all my snacks, cleaning products, and doggie toys. They accept cash credit and debit as far as I know. I always encounter friendly staff as well.

The worker a cashier Carol is the best she’s always so happy she blesses me every time I go in there and most cashiers you know wood with a big purchase and you don’t have the sense like I handed her $60 and out my purchase was $40.14 and she was just so kind about it and she she brings her own change to the store for customers I mean she’s amazing they definitely got an amazingEmployee

Dollar Tree. Always has a wide variety of useful $1 items. Somewhat small store, but still has all the goods. Huge parking lot with plenty of parking and many other stores to visit. Close to the Interstate-215 on/off-ramps.

Cleanest dollar tree and well stocked too. They had everything I was looking for. Associates were very helpful and professional.

Despite the bad reviews about this location, I think the majority of the associates work very hard and do their best with the limitations they are under. People come in and let their children run a muck destroying everything, expect somebody else to clean it up and complain the store is messy. People complain the lines are long and not enough help, well youre paying a dollar for something that would be $6 at Target, so keep complaining and next thing you know the store will either be self service without any cashiers or not even be there at all. Try doing their jobs with a smile like many of their associates do for an hour first before you complain about them being rude, if you want good customer service, try learning how to be a good customer firstand act like you deserve it. You want to complain about something minor then keep your dollar and go somewhere else. I like this store and the associates that I come across are always smiling and cheerful with me so I love shopping here.

Found things in Murrieta that mine doesnt have or is out of stock.

Normally I dont go out of my way to write a review, but I was absolutely blown away at the amazing customer service of MJ (if I recall correctly his nametag)!I came in around 8:40, 20 minutes before they closed. In any other store, so soon before closing, the employees would be in a rushed mood, kinda like get out of the store so I can go home. However my experience this time was not like this!The cashier MJ that helped me had the most AMAZING personality Ive EVER seen in a cashier. He looked at me straight in the eyes, greeted me with a warm, wholesome smile, and proceeded to check out my order, all while engaging in light, warm, friendly conversation. He talked to you as if he was truly interested in what you had to say, and valued each customer as an individual! Ive never felt more comfortable around a cashier in my life!I wish there were more employees in the world like him! He deserves a promotion! If management of this establishment is reading this, please take my words into consideration!

Its one of the more depressing dollar stores out there. 99 cent only stores are bigger, better lighting, and quality products(sometimes).

Even though it says they have helium, they will not do outside balloons, and they are always out of helium

The head store manager is rude and uncaring and so are the assistant managers. This store is unorganized, messy, dirty, and the place looks like hell. Especially the bathrooms. It seems no ones heard of cleaning because the bathrooms are just as bad. They smell of piss and vomit.The co-workers here are lazy and shouldnt deserve a job when they lack performance.Dont ever come here. Unless you enjoy filth and immaturity.

Here if you respect the dollar how is the same and some products have tax, 10 cent. But it does not compare with the according to waldo one dollar. Waldo and 1 price in Mexico sell you the merchandise up to 50 pesos, this is a robbery ..Also; They are well-stocked, tidy and clean. they are very attentive and friendly.
