The installers were so nice and did such a great job. They had tons of options to choose from. I also called about 6 different places and they bet all 6 of the quotes I got. A fireplace turned into kitchen wall cabinets and a new quartz and gray shaker kitchen island. These were done in 2 phases. Gustavo is the man you would want to work on your cabinets. Very meticulous and very knowledgeable.We had issue on 1 of the cabinet doors being warped so it wouldnt flush to the frame. After 4 visits (no fault of their own, was manufacture defect), it was finally fixed. Such a wonderful company to make sure you are happy with your purchased.Backsplash done by their tile guy, Jay...wonderful job!Shout out also to Ben for the precise measurement and to demolition crew who made sure nothing gets damaged during the demo.I still have yet to meet the owner, Aaron. Heard so many good things about him.Thank you PSS for making my wife very happy and giving her the much needed cabinet space.

We are remodeling our master bath, Javier put in a new beautiful cabinet with soft close drawers- love them! The stone quartz counter he tooled and cut with precision, what a beautiful job. Then Jay returned to install our beautiful modern porcelain counter to ceiling subway tile accent wall behind the cabinet-gorgeous! These gentleman do beautiful work. I cant wait for the tub demo and have them build my new stone spa shower room. I will not go to anyone but Pacific stone, and will be calling them back too when we redo our living room fireplace wall. I have used Pacific Stone multiple times over the past few years. First, they did a countertop for a brand new built in that I had installed and their work quality & professionalism is what made me come back to them again this year. I just redid my kitchen island and a few other countertops and once again Ben and his team delivered A+++. I am very happy with the communications, professionalism and the deliverables and will for sure use them again in the future.

After an $18k quote from a big hardware store for refacing not including granite I found Pacific Stone online. I worked with Ben and was amazed with the price and quality. I got a brand new beautiful kitchen including granite for thousands less than resurfacing alone. From demo to completion all the crew did a great job.

Quality of workmanship was less than I expected. Yes, price was reasonable and customer communications was ok. However, even the 2nd crew that came in to finish installation commented that he earlier set up crew did a poor job. Get what you pay for. Wouldnt use again nor recommend.

Wow! I met Ben several months back when I was shopping around and he was so easy to work with I stopped my search. I came back when I was ready and Ben set me up with a great deal on some beautiful quartz counter tops. Today, Mauricio and Jose came out to install. They showed up on time, have been incredibly friendly, and the counter tops are beautiful. The seam work is flawless. Ben was a great help when choosing my new granite for the kitchen and quartz for the bathrooms. His crew (headed by Daniel) were very professional, arrived on time, and worked hard to get the job done. Just dont forget to hire a plumber to connect everything. I forgot that part!

We had a wonderful experience working with Pacific Stone Solutions. They replaced the countertops in our kitchen and four bathrooms with quartz. Their prices are very competitive and they have exceeded our expectations in every way. This company really stands behind their work and do what it takes to make sure the customer is happy. For example, a few days after installation of our kitchen island, we noticed some manufacturers defects on it. We sent some pictures to Aaron and he came to our home personaly to check on the problems. He determined that it could not be just fixed and so ordered a replacement for us. When his crew received the replacement, they checked it very carefully and found that it wasnt good enough to install. Aaron then went to the manufacturer and hand picked a new piece for us. The crew installed it today and it is absolutely beautiful and flawless. All throughout this process, Ben kept us informed of what was going on and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction.You will not be disappointed with Pacific Stone Solutions. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their countertops.
