After much searching and many estimates Savon Carpet & Tile was the best option all around! They have the best prices and were definitely the most helpful. The phone is always answered! I originally spoke with Danny who was very knowledgeable, available, patient, and helped me through the entire process. Pierre was also very helpful if I called while Danny was out. We bought carpet for our new home a year ago. Daniel was great with his customer service. Installation was fine. Immediately after installation we noticed that the stairs didn’t look right. The fibers were raised and could be pulled out with a small tug in many areas. We were told it would be fine and “cutting the tips” would solve the problem. It didn’t. The fibers are literally falling out of the carpet in that area and the carpet looks like 20 year old carpet instead of 1 year old carpet. We have called multiple times with no follow up. Finally, (9 months later) Daniel sent someone to inspect the carpet and finalize a real fix. That was a month ago. No one will return our calls.We bought quality carpet and quality padding for a 3,000 sq foot home.What started out as a great experience has become beyond disappointing.We will never buy carpet from them again. And clearly NO referrals.

Danny and Pierre were extremely helpful as we chose our carpet. Leonard did a great job measuring and he was very nice. Rudy and his cousin installed our carpet and were very skilled and respectful. I would highly recommend using Savon for any flooring needs. Reasonably priced as well ☺️

Danny and Pierre were knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. The style and selections were very good. The final price was reasonable. The color I chose had to be ordered. Arrived when they said it would. The installation duo, father and son, Vicente and Jonathan did an excellent job.

Recently moved to Murrieta and stumbled upon Sav-On one afternoon. Pierre was knowledgeable, quick to research a product we liked but wasn’t carried in the showroom. Leonard came out to our home a week later and meticulously measured our home. The ordering and installation processes were seamless!! Looking forward to Vinyl Plank being installed mid-February. Purchased $5,000.00 worth of carpet. Carpet was not stretched properly, has ripples everywhere after 1 year!Worst installation Ive ever seen!Contacted the store and was told no warranty for carpet, or installation!I have previously carpeted six other homes and have never had this problem.BUYER BEWARE

Awesome place. I found this place by recommendation, after doing research on the box chain home improvement stores. The employee that helped us was nice and gave us a price I felt was fair. Cost us around $1500 for 3 rooms, a hallway and about 12 stairs. The installation was quick, professional and they showed up on time. I encourage you to check them out, before going to one of the home improvement stores. No negatives at all.

So my wife and I came in to see if we can match an existing tile we have in our home. We are currently remodeling our home and we were in a pickle when we couldnt match our existing time We met with Pierre and Danny and they were super helpful with matching our tike and they made it so easy for us to finalize our purchase. BTW, this place came recommended to us and they did not disappoint us.

I was searching for carpet to make a cat tree and everyone in this place was excellent, especially the store manager. They had tons of sample carpet squares in the back and really helped us out. Excellent customer service! We bought flooring and granite countertops. Their pricing was better than local competition, including the big box stores right next door to them. The countertops and flooring were installed in no time by very professional installers. The Installers did a thorough clean up at the end of each day and were very customer oriented. Ive been into this location several times over the past seven months. I wish they would have just been honest and said that they would never get around to doing my house instead of leading me on to believing that they would actually do the work. They measured for my tile and everything but we are still waiting on my sample that is never going to come in.

I very much recommend Sav-on Carpet and Tile. I have had two bedrooms carpeted and two bathrooms tiled using thus company and I plan to use them again for a kitchen backsplash. The manager Pierre and sales rep Danial were very helpful in helping us with tile and carpet selection. They did not rush us and explained the quality and price differences and provided some helpful suggestions. The job was scheduled promptly and installations were done professionally and all with a very good and fair price. Overall, they were very easy, helpful and friendly to work with.

The first time we went to Savon Carpet and Tile in Murrieta it was Leonnard Roth, who greeted us with a smile and we felt comfortable already. He is very accommodating, awesomely helped us from the start to the finish and pushed through to have our countertop installed at the earliest possible time coz he know that its been hard without a kitchen for almost 9 months.We appreciated it very much Leonnard..Also the guys who installed our countertop,Efrain and Fernando (I think)..(thank you for being so patient with my inquiries) You all did a very good job...I love my countertop! And I saved a lot!!
