I will never shop here again. I just bought a black skirt size small and it does not fit (kid size literally). They do not let you see the lingerie or try it on beforehand, and there is no returns. I am 52 115lbs, 27 waist and a small doesnt fit. They should know more about the product since they dont let you take it out of the bag. I will never shop here again, and I model this shot for a living.

I usually have a good shopping experience, but last time I went, I was treated very poorly by a cashier Ive never seen. He kept snapping his fingers at me, and wouldnt even give me time to get my change out. He shouldve known better, Im a regular customer and I was treated like dirt, he was lucky I didnt make him apologize.Im usually pretty laid back, but snapping your fingers at somebody is unacceptable.

Lots of toys and lotions. Brown haired girl with tattoo was very friendly and knowledgeable good customer service. Her and red hair girl make you feel very comfortable and welcome

Small but definitely a large collection of costumes for women, good customer service for the most part just a little uncomfortable when they watch you like a hawk as soon as you come in

If I could, I give this place NO star! They have a huge verity of stuff. But the employees there make the experience shopping there soooo uncomfortable! They greet you with smiles, then never once offer to help you, they have 0 knowledge of their products, the wont allow you to feel them, they dont test them to make sure they work, their prices are way to high and did I mention how horrible their customer service is? Unless you know exactly what youre looking for, dont go here. Yeah the best place is a 38 min drive to Riverside but its a better experience, friendly, knowledgeable staff and youll walk out happy. Romantix downtown Riverside. Its worth they drive!

***BEWARE OF THIS PLACE***A basic hello upon walking in the door......and that is where customer service ends at this place. Walked around in here for 45 minutes with all intent to purchase a item, or a few even. At no time was I spoken to until I finally initiated conversation asking about a product. Before I could fully get the question I asked fully out my mouth the guy behind the desk was already saying No! Okay no biggie, kinda rude but not gonna end my mission. But then as Im passing the counter to look at merchandise on the wall, the guy ask to hold my things I was going to purchase. Not in the manner of let me hold those as you continue to look, but the you are getting way to close to the door, Im going to need to hold that tone. I decided to let him hold it as I continued straight out the door. Dont like being made to feel like a thief. Totally inappropriate, unperfessional, and uncomfortable. Guess Ill maintain business at Deja Vu all the way in Vista (45min drive), or keep it online.
