Horrible customer service. Don’t even waste your money… no fitting rooms! I am 35 weeks pregnant, got one pair of maternity pants & shirt, hoping they would fit. At the self checkout the young man helping me said if I need to return for an exchange they can look up purchase from phone number. Of course they didn’t fit, so I brought them back, with tags attached. I was told now, I needed my receipt and they will not do an exchange without it. They could only look up transactions on their old system. Will not be coming back!

I went there the other day and today to get a handmade bag and fabric but somebody took it.

I always find good stuff here. I love this place. Reasonable price and the place is clean. These are the few items I found from 2 weeks ago and last week.

Great service, if something has no tag employees price it at .99 cents. Its a great place to find Major name brands at 10$ and below! Its a steal of a place if you ask me

Savers has a great selection clothes, shoes and other apparel. They also have linens, housewares, gifts and heath/beauty items. I like the fact they separate types of clothes, such as, short sleeve, long sleeve. knits, sports wear etc. Most second-hand stores do not separate sizes. Savers does. Separating sizes make shopping so much easier. They are very clean and organized. I gave four stars instead of five because a few of the items are a little bit expensive and some of the racks were packed too tight. Staff is helpful. They do have discount days and mark downs. Call the store for details. All and all, I would highly recommend this store.

Weve been coming here pretty regularly since we moved here. Prices are reasonable, there is a half-price tag color every day, and the employees have always been very nice. Good sized store, organized well. I love that they allow dogs--our dog Ben always comes with us!

Really like this place sometimes you find great things for great prices. Also my son forgot his tablet there and they contacted me right away to let me know it was there. We had barely bought it for him so forever I will be grateful that they called me to let me know it was there. Every time I go I always find something. So I would recommend it. 👍👍👍👍

Disappointed! Ive shopped here for years, plus referred many people to Savers. Not now, now they are very disorganized. I have gone to different parts of the clothing department and many items misplaced! Flannel shirt in the womens Jeans section. Many articles of clothing were not put away properly! I have been there when the line for check out went past the bathrooms in the back and things were more organized!!No dressing rooms? I went to Wal Mart and Kohls and was able to try on clothing. Most likely will not buy me clothes there. I used to spend a lot of money on my clothing at Savers, not now! Very sad to see the quality of work from the employees has greatly regressed making the store disorganized!

I have been inside the store only a few times, but this is a great place to drop off unwanted items for donations. No matter the weather, they have four or five parking spaces set aside out front for donations. In that space, about six large bins where you can drop off bags, boxes and stuff. Receipts are available too. It is a fast, clean, and in the afternoon, shaded drop off point.

Theres a reason its called Savers. Hard to go in without a coupon of some kind! Nice selection of gently used items and a very convenient place to donate our stuff.

Its a good place because its very big and has a lot of stuff. A bit overpriced though compared to others, and I would like to get some service, at least a very fragile porcelain being wrapped in paper.

The dressing rooms are still closed! It’s not a good shopping experience at a clothing store when you can’t try on clothes. Everyone is trying on clothes in front of the mirror it is very hectic.

This place is super great. they are very clean and big.when i come here i always walk out with at least 2 things good book section. a decent toy section. people are friendly here. and when u donate stuff you get a coupon come here its good

I love this savers! There was a ton of super cute stuff that I was super surprised wasnt already snatched up late on a Thursday.

This place is so expensive! A lot of the clothing items have stains and holes and are still priced super high. Theres also no consistency in their pricing methods. I saw two plain white tee shirts that were the same size, brand, and quality that had a three dollar difference! They need to make their prices a lot lower and train their staff better to have more uniform prices.

The best thrift store ever in Murrieta. They have clothes brand new or worn once. Beautiful jewelry not cheap i found nice new and used sweaters. Helpful friendly staff. I found hot Jeans for 5 dollars all prices amazing.

Been going here my entire life, and recently, sadly, the prices for toys (I collect Nerf) have been quite drastically raising! It’s an amazing store with very large amount of items. Basically the entire store is clothing, but somehow there is still a large amount of other cool items! Prices stuff relatively high when it is a bigger brand. large facility. I mean HUGE! This place is gigantic! And this place sanitizes a lot of it’s items! Only other places around me have small selection or are goodwills, which do not sell toys due to the pandemic. Pretty ok staff, relatively clean, and over all pretty awesome to go to!

Amazing thrift store, never seen anywhere that does a better job with clothing being organized perfectly. Great selection of books, movies, various bric-a-brac items and of course clothing. Prices are a little high for those with a small budget but much better than trying to buy new and items are always in very good condition. For profit store but all merchandise comes from donations.

The place was dirty, hot, and only slightly organized (like an organized mess?).Anyway, the staff were nice though.

I like that they have people out front to help you unload donations. The clothes are in size order, so you can find things so much easier than other places. Its clean and well laid out. Its a bonus that they are affiliated with The Epilepsy Foundation, and I think they should make that clearer!

While I like shopping and donating at this store, I will no longer be donating. I took in a collectible Hot Wheels scooter for donation and some tall older guy came out of the back and grabbed the scooter. He proceeded to throw the scooter 6 feet up into the air and it came crashing down, breaking it. I was livid. He was trying to be a hot shot in front of the younger workers, thinking, Im presuming, that he could have it land on its wheels. WRONG move, he harmed Savers and I was extremely upset. No more donations to this store!!!!

Clean store with a decent selection of used items. If you sign up online with them they send you promotions & coupons. Also you get a coupon when you drop off a bag of used items at the front!

It saddens me to say, that merchandise that is sold at dollar tree is extremely over priced here... Today I seen a dress that was priced for 9.99 was riped on the sides and had a burnt hole...I asked if it could be reduced and the lady said, thats whats marked.. Ridiculously unprofessional and rude.

Listen, if you dont like the price, then dont buy it. Would you complain to a big box store if a competing store offered a better price on an item? Probably not (and if you do, maybe you should reevaluate your priorities). You can also wait for their sales if you want a better deal.Everyone here was wearing a mask and there was plenty of space to shop safely! The associates were friendly and helpful. The aisles were clean and well-organized. I walked out with way more than I was anticipating to buy which can be seen as good or bad depending on if youre my wallet.

Before moving from Murrieta I donated three Uhaul truck loans to them because they dont jack the price up on the items like the goodwill. People in need ca afford to shop her. The placed is neat and clean as well as the items.

I love Savers!

The manager Enrique refused to give me a money back guarantee on clothing that I purchased the same day. I was told by the cashier that because I could not try on clothing in a dressing room, that the return policy on clothing was MONEY BACK or exchange within 14 days. And I had told her that I would not be purchasing ANY of the clothing unless there is a MONEY BACK GURANTEE. She assured me that there is a MONEY BACK guarantee or exchange policy . I purchased $124 worth of clothing! I tried them on and came right back to the store with three items that did not fit. I asked for my money back and was told I could not get my money back. The manager named Enrique kept arguing with me!!! I had to threaten calling the police to make out a fraud report in order for him to give me my money back after arguing back and forth for 20 minutes!! I have never had such a horrible experience in a place of business before in my entire 43 years of life!!! I was treated the worst that I have ever been treated! I will not be going back there unless that manager is fired!!! They had no signs posted anywhere about their return policy and I believed what the store clerk told me. She told me three times that I could return with MONEY BACK or exchange!!! I was lied to, and that is considered FRAUD because they were trying to sell more product by making FRAUDULENT STATEMENTS!!!! And the manager Enrique kept telling me that the store clerk never told me that, when my husband, myself, and my child all heard her tell me that I could get my MONEY BACK or exchange if any of the clothes didnt fit!!!😡 That manager should be FIRED!!!

I like shopping here. They have a nice selection of pre-owned and vintage items. Good selection, clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only drawback is their prices. They are quite high. Its not uncommon to find an item with a retail label still attached, and the Savers price tag will be higher! I hope management will address that sometime in the future. I do bring in donations regularly to get my coupons though! Would recommend.

This used to be my favorite place to shop, no t anymore. Clothing is reasonably priced but other things are priced too high. I have actually seen items priced higher than the actual retail price. I mentioned this to a manager, but nothing ever came of it. A music box with the tag on the bottom sold for 7.95, they priced it 7.99. An Easter egg dye kit, retail price tag said 1.88, they priced it 1.99. Unless people start to complain to the manager, in droves, I guess they will continue to get away with this!

Over priced thrift store

I spent $100 of my Christmas money at this store & they wont return my $9.99 DVD player that doesnt work. They should really check the product before doing final sale. Alot of gossip was being said during our visit between employees and managers very unprofessional. I am young but I can sense an unprofessional workplace.

The employees were all great and I was very comfortable in the store because they followed all social distance, and mask wearing protocol, and even provided sanitizer, masks, and gloves . Best of all they sanitize each basket .

I bought two items one is VR and the other is headphone with transmitter Bluetooth and both after I open them was broken tried to return them but they said it’s final sale so was really bad experience so I don’t recommend buying any electronic devices from there .

I always find something when I go, but prices are a bit steep at times for clothing. $23 dresses ? Sometimes the prices are based off the brand, but the items are washed out or stained . They need to review this better. I did find my dad a couple of sweaters for about $8 so that was good. People working are sweet and very kind. Plus, the store is clean and doesn’t smell.

Please realize that a lot of your business comes from resellers. Your $9.99 Nautica golf shirt can be purchased on ebay at $14.99 NWT. Please address bathroom conditions because youre greeted by the scent as soon as you walk in the front door.

Savers has provided my house with cool things and objects that I didnt even know exist. I got a bunch of Japanese style teacups for my sisters birtday for $4.99 when normally they would have cost $20.Truly good prices and great employees.

The Savers thrift store is huge. There are lot of items to chose from. The staff are friendly and courteous. There are lots of books, clothes, furniture, sports equipment, bikes, linens, toys and miscellaneous stuff. The store is well organized and clean. It was my first time visiting there. The pricey is good on used items. Lots of parking available.

Good selection here. Store is clean and staff is nice. HOWEVER, the prices here are insane. It’s a thrift shop, not a retail store in the mall.I understand certain days, they have 1/2 off certain tag items but good luck finding them.You get these items for free, settle down on the mark up.

I really love this store but getting a little concerned about their pricing. Ive noticed quite an increase in the past several months but having said that I still enjoy going there and always finding something I must have or cant live without 😊. I could spend hours and sometimes do, looking at everything. I dont think Ive ever left empty handed! I even introduced this store to my daughter and grandchildren and every time they come to visit thats the first place they want to go. Savers out ranks McDonalds so that says it all!!!

First day of work and I love it

Wonderful selection of Halloween costumes for adults and children one week before Halloween. I first went to Salvation Army which didn’t have anything. Friendly staff too.My only request - email all receipts. I don’t need them collecting as trash in my purse.

Used to be the best thrift store around. However, recently the cleanliness has taken a turn for the worse. Clothes strewn about, greasy floors, etc.Pretty disappointing. Despite that, theres always a good selection of clothes if youre willing to overlook some of the aforementioned problems.

All these people with bad reviews are wrong ive been here several times and I have never had a had experience. The people are nice and very helpful. Prices are reasonable and if there are any issues the managers are more than welcome to help out. 10/10 would recommend

Mostly organized store with really friendly employees. This is a great place to find name brand items for a fraction of the original retail prices. They accept credit and debit cards, along with personal checks with proper I.D.

Theres a few (rare) good deals here. Prices on some items are same a NEW which their items are well used and show it. Senior discount ONLY on Tuesday... Whats that all about? WE are seniors EVERYDAY of the week!
