Olivia was awesome! I had 2 very deep impact points on my windshield from a rock that hit it on the freeway, but Olivia took her time on it to make sure it was done right! Will definitely go back and recommend her service.

Second time there(different car last time). Fix took under an hour, and looked great. The last crack fixed is still holding up great a year later, so I anticipate no problems with this either.

Ms. Olivia was courteous and very professional. She explained the process from start to finish (while working on 2 other vehicles). The cracks and chipping on the Telluride windshield were reduced to a tiny blemish. You can barely tell it was even there!I urge anyone with a windshield damage to inquire before looking for a full on replacement. She could easily save you hundreds of dollars.Thank you, Ms. Olivia! The owner was so kind. Told me the windshield crack in the used vehicle I bought, over 2 years ago and never noticed until now, had already been repaired. She touched it up and smoothed it out and said I owed her nothing, when I asked how much I owed her. She also told me how to tell if a chip or crack has or hasnt been repaired. I went in for a very large chip that I didnt think could be repaired. Sure enough she fixed it! The owner is very friendly and service is great. She also offers your money back if the crack spreads so theres really no reason not to go. Also much cheaper than safelight which is wonderful.

I went here back in 2012 for a cracked area about the size of a quarter from a big rig. I did the research on reviews and this seemed like the best place. Sure enough it was. The owner is very professional, friendly, timely, and talkative. I dont know why the other reviews arent all 5 stars. He has his own method to doing the cracks and uses timers and everything. His patented formula uses drilling if the crack needs it which mine did so that the crack doesnt just compound with the glue over time. Safelite doesnt do this.Well I got another crack or at least what I thought was a crack. I called my insurance and it was covered and WCR was preferred by them. Well I got the crack around sunset and the way the dirt hit, it looked like a spider crack, but when I left it just looked like a chip but I still went just in case. The owner said I could call and cancel the claim. He filled the chip for free and I gave him two dollars because thats all I had on me for his product. But I thought that was so sweet. I will always go here as long as they around because my 2012 crack has held up, and the service is great. My friend has gone through Safelite and has had damages to her car and got blown off by the supervisor, and still has a messed up windshield. Thanks Windshield Crack Repair!
