Great service. I needed a window fixed as soon as possible in order to close escrow. I was given a four week estimate for turn around time but was able to have my repair done quickly, it only ended up taking a week. They understood the urgency and went above and beyond to make it happen.

After a shaky start with the installation of 3 Shower Doors, and insisting that they send out another installer to help, Andy (their head installer) came out and fixed all the mistakes and made things right. I would have preferred a smoother experience overall, however, I give credit to Andy for his experience and expertise, and for the company’s willingness to correct the mistakes that were made. It’s not if a company is “perfect” - everyone makes mistakes. It’s how the company handles the situation when mistakes are made. And I give them credit in this case for making everything right.

Had my RV windshield replaced. It sat in my driveway for two weeks and the windshield popped out again. Had to drive back there leave it pick it up the next day. I asked them if they knew why it popped out then nobody could give me an answer. They use independent workers on the weekends only for RVs. Very inconvenient

Had windshields replaced on two vehicles. Very prompt contact after I input my information online. Appointment verified the morning of and the installer calls to let you know when he will arrive. Incorrect windshield on one of the vehicles. Fernando explained in detail that it would still work but showed us why we may want to wait for the correct replacement. Decided to wait and got an appointment within 3 days. Fernando and another gentleman did both installations. Very polite and quick with replacement. Would use them again!

I called these people to do a special job. To make a round and beveled glass table top for a Chinese drum that I had recently purchased. The track on the sliding glass door was deteriorated after years of wear, and would barely open. Mark came out and gave me an estimate to repair it. He never tried to upsell, which I appreciate. On a whim I asked for an estimate to replace the entire door, frame and all. The price was reasonable and it meant wed have an updated look vs. the old aluminum style door & frame. He promised it would be done by a certain date, and it was. The guys who came to do the work were processional, polite, experienced, precise, and tidy. They did a fantastic job and Im so pleased with the work. I definitely recommend this company.

Such unprofessionalism is abhorrent. I had my windshield replaced by Glass Doctor of Murrieta in July of 2020. They guarantee their work for 12 months as per their G-12 Breakage Coverage. Now, 8 months later my windshield leaks at high speeds on the highway, making a loud sound. This indicated to me the installation was not performed well. I thought with their guarantee it should not be an issue to reseal my windshield.After arriving at GDoM, I walk in to see all staff not wearing masks. As a healthcare worker who cares for a special needs child, I take everyones health seriously and am disheartened by businesses like this that act like the pandemic is over already. But I digress, this is not the reason I had to write a review.After presenting my copy of Julys receipt to the manager, he said he would need to ride with me in my vehicle on the highway at high speeds to try and recreate the loud noise. I indicated to the mask-less manager that he couldnt be seriously suggesting that is my only option when they can simply remove and reseal my windshield per the G-12 guarantee. He, however, insisted he needed to ride in the vehicle himself to know where to apply sealant. I suggested then, if they wouldnt simply reinstall my windshield, they could apply sealant to the drivers side of the windshield where I heard the noise. He then replied that without riding in my vehicle he would not honor the guarantee. I informed him I would not tolerate this behavior and would take my business elsewhere. I suggest others in this area do the same.

Great experience! We had a large back window that had a failed seal, it was discolored and so ugly! Glass Doctor came out, measured, and a couple weeks later set up the install. The technician that came to our home was professional and respectful of our home. He had the window replaced within an hour and it was perfect. I had two glass panels replacing broken glass in a hutch. The panels had round features and were impossible to find. Glass Doctors cut panels to size using same glass thickness.

I brought in a frame to have a mirror put in it. They did a good job.

We thought we might need new sliding patio doors, but Glass Doctor was able to replace the glass panels (the seals had broken) and repair the track. They were recommended to us by a furniture repair man who has known them for many years. Honest. Experienced. Trustworthy.

Was quoted for a certain amount over the phone, even given a quote # for reference. When I called back to schedule an appointment, I was told a way higher amount than the original. Also, the lady answering the phones isnt friendly at all!
