It wouldnt allow me to comment on my last rating so here I am. Its is trash that you make people go online to schedule an appointment. In your response you claim it to encourage customers for faster service. What I was looking for was actual service. For example when I call in a person is available to answer the questions I had. Basically its book an appointment thats it. No service feels like self service.

This place was so fast with my windshield repair! I expected 3+ hours for it to be finished but they only took an hour and a half to have it all done. I think they even vacuumed my front seat rugs. How nice!

Ive used SafeLite before but the Temecula location is out of this amazing. Great service. Professional, friendly, and great store morale. One of the biggest surprises....very clean restrooms. Most automotive shops have a public restroom but theyre so dirty usually....not at SafeLite Temecula on Jefferson (actually I think this is the Murrieta location). Definitely go see SafeLite for all your automotive window needs.

I was able to book an appointment For a windshield replacement and they completed the task in the time specified without any problems. They provided seating with social distancing and the techs were courteous and professional. Very satisfied with the service I received.

Good service. Took a couple hours to replace my windshield but my insurance paid for it so its cool.

They told me to buy my window motor and then call to make an appointment and they will install it when I go into the office they tell me oh no we have to use our parts If that is the case Make sure all your employees are on the same page and no one has to waste their time coming down to you with the part that you guys will not install

They have canceled on me 3 times and still havent shown up.

I had my windshield replaced here the first one was good and ok but my windshield camera mounting was falling off and a month after i had a stress cracked and it has to be replaced one more time. This time Ryan (from Safelite Store 05075 Temecula) did a much better job for me. The mounting of my camera was well glued, the rubber gasket are all aligned, the windshield looks great. Great Job Ryan (Ryan - 01841-281)! Appreciate being detailed and making it perfect!

I have used Safelite in the past for many years and until 2020 and now 2021, they were a great company, however, they are awful and poor customer service now. A year ago, I needed a chip repair, I waited for my morning appointment, guy called said he was on his way, never showed, then in afternoon I called and another guy said he would be there about 2 or 3. Then he did not show up until 6:30 PM. Then he said, chip was too small couldnt fix it. I took the morning off but ended up being off all day for nothing. Then I sent them to replace my daughters windshield. They showed up and said she has rust on the roof near the window, not touching the glass, but about an inch away and said we needed to go to a particular shop to get it repaired. It was a Car Audio shop. It was going to cost 300 to 600 dollars to repair what wasnt in need of repair and two days. I refused and had the windshield replaced by another great company in Reno Nevada next day. They billed my insurance and never said a word about the windshield frame being compromised. Today I called and they wont talk on the phone: due to COVID?????? No talk on the phone because of COVID.? Okay weird. Then I chatted for availability, cannot give me that information. They simply either do not want to work or just collecting extra money where they can and or trip charges from the Insurance Company. Again, I have used them for 30 years and never had these problems, but Gina F. was clear, that they cannot give me availability. Even if I am paying cash. So, they definitely deserve this review.REPONSE TO SAFELITEYour rust policy is fine if in fact there is rust, as you heard, no rust integrity was found by the other company. If you had explored the window rather than walking away you would have seen that. The rust you quote had a clear stop prior to reaching the window seal; yet you still refused to work with it until we say your AUTO STERO GUY who was going to make our window frame stronger with his magic method of restoration. You can say you are sorry I feel this way, but that just shows you are not willing to adjust your methods and spend more time and look closer. We waited two weeks to get service then you blow us off. People have things to do. Maybe if your rust policy is so important you should send an evaluator out to pre-authorize work like an insurance company. Seriously, if you are going to respond in a way that makes people think you were right and we the CUSTOMER were wrong, maybe THAT SHOULD BE THE MESSAGE people get when they read this. Good Day.

Totally messed up the job then forgot the fix up was supposed to be a priority. Never again!

They came to fix a very small chip that later cracked the entire windshield on high-end sports coupe. Then set up appointment after a day of trying to just reach them. Don’t even waste your time online. So the day before the appointment they send an email to remind me of the appointment and within several hours they cancelled the appointment with a text. No explanation. Never call to answer questions before the appointment. Use their competitors First Call Auto Glass.

Looks like a 4 year old put the glue our whatever on the passenger side of the windshield then couldn’t figure out how to put the plastic piece on below the windshield. Terrible job

They are absolutely horrible, I hate this company!! I would not recommend them to anyone!!

Came in today and waited 20 min for anyone to even come out to talk to us after ringing a bell to no one. Then they quoted a much higher price than their online price. Definitely not doing business with these guys.

Great way to get a crack fixed!

Tortillas were awful, hard and cold. The wings had more fat and breaded than meat.The soups was what save the night they were really good and they had menudo which was really good.

The work that was done was top notch. Although it was a chip in my windshield, the tech came out and the job was completed within 15 mins. I cant even tell where the chip was. Now thats great work.

Left my spouses car with dirty finger prints all over the tan interior very displeased with the replacement of plastic cowling little tabs broken and plastic retainers not replaced.

Called just to get a price. They wanted name ph# and more questions. Had to listen to all the bull before talking to rep. Then MORE questions very irritating so hung up.

Made me feel really comfortable while I waited. In no time they were done with my windshield & cleaned up their mess.

Good work in repairing my windshield plus they vacuum your vehicle after the work. Pretty nice.

I have to give these guys 1 star based off of the phone service I received today. I have Hartford insurance and was referred to them through Hartford. The guy spoke in a monotone low voice barely audible and asked not 1 million but 2 million unnecessary questions that seemed like his goal was to get my email and phone numbers in his database. Absolutely ridiculous!! You said it was the front passenger side window of a van? Yes. Now is that the front passenger side window of the same van were talking about? YES! No problem, weve been in business 50 plus years.. what was your email again? On and on and on. Beyond irritating. Will never use these guys. Maybe another safelite but never this one!

Quick and fast. Even took the time to explain what could have happened and what to expect. Great service.

Total ripoff. Caused a dime sized starburst to crack to where it cannot be patched. Now it has to be replaced. The repair would have been covered by insurance. The replacement has a deductible, and, of course, gets safelite more money. When asked about quality of replacement they said it would be a refurbished windshield. Plus they tore the rubber seal in the bottom corners of the windshield, something they failed to mention. They tucked the seal back in but it pops out because of the tearing. If your insurance company sends you to them say no way.

Fantastic service and workmanship. We got in at our scheduled time. We came back and the work was done at the promised time. Brayton (not sure of spelling) took care of us and was kind, efficient, and professional. the service men who did the work behind the scenes, replacing the windshield and wiper blades did a fantastic job. it looks like a new car. thank you

Dont even waste your time. They wasted so much of my time with making appointments they can never seem to keep! Took my van in and they removed my backup camera and xm radio. Then they say they dont have the correct size windshield. Been driving almost a week with wires hanging down and no reverse camera. XM antenna duct taped to the roof by safelite. Then they dont make the Saturday appointment. Tech say glass is not on his truck. Got better thing to do then to wait for safetlite without my glass. Safelite sucks!

Recently replaced rear glass window for older vehicle (1999-2000) not only did they have the part in stock but installed it the NEXT DAY?! IN MY GARAGE!!!! Amazing job, great guys & extremely fast work, very informative & helpful with finding parts I needed to find that they werent responsible for because I had lost them. (small handle, etc.)Even though the initial glass model was the wrong one (my fault) they came NEXT DAY AGAIN first thing & put in the proper glass which they somehow magically had as well lol!? Not only fast but at No Extra COST & I was even refunded $20!?Awesome that this SERVICE exists & definitely will ALWAYS go SAFELITE!After searching several other Auto Glass companies in the local area, they had the BEST PRICE available as well as the FASTEST!!!!#AWESOMEPS.I forgot to mention they ordered me the Privacy Glass version which saved me from having to Re-Tint the window & saved me even MORE money!!!!

They replaced our windshield and there’s noise coming from outside. After several attempts they come back, they did something. But now there’s noise coming from the other side of suv. I being trying to have them comeback but no luck. Bad customer service.

Left with a window that wouldn’t roll up once I rolled it down. It’s stuck, the control system won’t let the window go up at all. Needs to be fixed asap

My experience with safelite started off great. My technician Adam called me to inform me I was his 2nd stop of the day giving me an idea if when he would arrive. Upon arrival he took photos of my car (which was fine) and explained they had to note any pre-existing damage. He then gave me a break down of what was going to happen and what I would owe at the end of the process. I had them come to me because this is my only car and have no other means of transportation. About 20 minutes into the process I received a call from him informing me he had a problem and asked if I would come down. I walked down and he proceeded to show me that he had accidentally cracked the fiberglass above my driver door (fiber glass does not break easily). He told me he had to call his supervisor Tony to see what we could do. He informed me that he had to stop mid process and had to send me to there shop a different day. They said I had to leave my car over night. Now if this had been an option to begin with I would not have had them come to me. I called my husband who works on cars and told him to come down. He looked at it and showed the technician that he was not supposed to take the whole panel off and did the passenger side himself. Adam replaced my window and told me not to drive for about 30. Minuets. His supervisor discounted my service and Adam left. I waited a few hours and went to run errands and my driver panel above the door lifted under the wind pressure. He failed to bolt it back in place! I had to hold it down the whole way so it would not fly off!! I messaged his supervisor Tony showing him the damage to my car as well as the fact he failed to resemble my car. Mind you this was his cellphone number. I have yet to receive a response. I work in a retail/customer service environment and know if you value your customers you do your best to get back to them and resolve the problem. If the panel would have flown of it could have easily hit another motorist. I was on the freeway when I noticed the panel come up and lucky was able to grab it. This could have been far worse due to the negligence of this company.

Terrible Service at this location. I had made an appointment for 1:00 Oclock showed up early and there was another customer there also that had a 1:00 Oclock Appointment. The employee Britz that worked on my suv was pulling my suv in the same time as the other customer. Well I was Sitting on the chair looking at Britz performance and he wasnt working on my suv he was joking around with other employees, walking out front like he owned the place while the other customers worker was on his job never left the car he was assigned to like youre suppose to. Well because this employee Britz was not serious about his job the other customers car was finished 20 min. before mine. His car was vacuumed out, windows wiped down and my suv was not. I will never use this location again. All it takes is one lazy employee to give a business a bad name.
