Working with the sales guy was easy, and felt comfortable the whole time. The install guy was awesome as well, there was a problem with our dead bolt lock, but they were responsive with the issue. They ended up replacing the lock, and trained us well. When talking to the customer service, they answers quickly, and very helpful. Awesome company! No regrets!!

This is partly my fault for believing the salesman was honest. I did the trial with WISE to see if it would be a good fit and decided not to go with it. Couple of days later I saw a hard inquiry from the company. The salesman never told me that credit was going to be pulled. He assured me that nothing was being financed. The monthly price was for the monitoring. He said that the information being collected was to make sure I am the home owner. Now I have an extra inquiry on my credit report that cannot be removed.

The technition was knowledgeable. The setup went smoothly, and understanding the system is easy because the tech walked me through arming and disarming the system. He even went out of the way and raised the level (the placement of the old thermostat was very low) of the new smart thermostat when I asked.

The rep and the tech were very helpful. They made sure we knew exactly what we were getting and for how much. I had some problems with the app and the tech walked me through it and showed me how to make it work. Overall honest and straightforward!

Just had my new alarm and doorbell cam system installed from WISE. Installation was smooth and easy. The tech was very professional, friendly, and showed me how to work everything. Download a couple apps and I can control everything from my phone! Treat yo self...to peace of mind!
