Staff was soooo helpful and they were all extremely sweet. Not one person was slacking all of them were working their buttons off! This is definitely my favorite dollar tree. They also have 1000 times more stuff and a larger variety of items then any other dollar tree in murfreesboro. Also its extremely clean!

The Dollar Tree stores here do not have the new things that are being shown on the hails on u tube. We never have the nice things that are shown to be new. Looking for the laser cutouts and holiday craft things. I love to sit with dollar tree things but cant find them in middle Tennessee. What is the problem that our stores never get these to hongs?

Donna in management has an awful attitude and doesn’t want to help customers. On the other hand Janie the cashier was wonderful and takes awesome care of her customers!

While I was checking out the male cashier kept texting someone. That is not good customer service. There was a line of customers and ge was the only cashier.

I love the Dollar Tree. You can find things here for a $1 that costs a lot more at a regular store. You also have to be cautious of some merchandise, you get what you pay for. Staff at this store has always been very courteous and friendly.

This particular store gets stuff one time and never have it again. I was looking for anything Christmas. They have boxes and bags. I ask about them not having anything Christmas stuff and was told it came in November and sold in about 3 weeks and they dont get anymore. But it was said like ole well you missed it. Your bad timing.

Dollar Tree was full of merchandise they even had someone on the floor to help you. The store was clean and cashiers were very polite and helpful

Not a great selection, but otherwise pretty standard. If there was a newer one in the area, I would drive a longer distance to shop there.

They need to have the 2nd cashier closer to the register

Love this store and love working here too! Great Team to work with. We take pride in cleaning our store! I love being a cashier and helping the customers! They are all very friendly and mindful that we do work hard here and go as fast as possible to cut down the long lines! Our Managers even get on the register to help clear the long lines! Sometimes I can’t seem to everyone happy but I really try too! I may have gotten one person upset but I get more customers leaving happy and that’s our goal!!!

Terrible customer service! As a teacher and preschool owner, I have always loved The Dollar Trees’ products and prices for classroom supplies, however after being treated so rudely during my last shopping experience, it will be my last at this location. It may even be my last, period, if this type of work ethic is acceptable at all Dollar Trees. We will find out after I speak to Corporate Office. I highly recommend finding a different location to shop.

Pandemic must mean your associates can be rude and have attitudes with customers, even at 9:30 in the morning. Why can customers not exchange items without a receipt with their ID like other stores? No doubt which are the dollar tree brands. Ridiculous! If you dont like your job, maybe start searching for another....its not the customers problem you dont want to work but you can at least be friendly.

Clean store, but bad customer service! I set my hand held basket with my few items on the belt and Ms. Sandra felt the need to rudely dump the items out, good thing my items werent too fragile. She huffed and puffed and said nothing but my total. When my sister wanted to add a drink you would think I ruined her whole day. I will not be using this location.

The best here!

Sore was extremely busy when we went in. But people were courteous and respectful especially at checkout. Only two lanes open and the lines were quite long. Cashiers were able to move people through the lines quickly and were courteous and friendly. Appreciative of how they handled the store during busy hours

Tiffany was very helpful with a positive attitude. Cant see a smile behind the mask😷but I can here it n her voice.

I always have a pleasant experience at Dollar Tree I always find what I need and the prices and the stores are always good matter fact for usually the cleaner than Walmart thats all I got to say have a good day

I could give them a zero star and still get post-it I would. I had one cashier that was standing there looking at everybody and not check this out there were six people in line with the other lady. In these difficult times you would think they would want to take our money but no she had no desire to do anything. Thats why Dollar tree is below all the other stores.

Every time I go in this store the manager is so rude. I have witnessed her disrespecting her employees in from of customers on more than 1 occasion. I run a convince store in Murfreesboro and wouldn’t dare act the way this woman does. She is so unprofessional. However the store is usually in good shape. She needs some management skills.

Neat strore compared to other dollar tree stores

Strange sign on the door said No credit, no debit, no checks, no ebt Wonder what happened. But, this dollar tree is always well stocked, also, I noticed more name brands today.

Only taking cash? At least theyre neat.

I love Dollar Tree and generally leave with a cart load. My only complaint is that being disabled, I need a cart to take my goods to my car but they dont have carts you can take outside the store.

Nothing I needed. Hardly any organization supplies. Pales in comparison to other Dollar Trees.

Well clearly their sign says 8am but yet i wasnt let in till 9am

They do need some more employees, theres always a line. Dont stop by here when everyone else does, because there wont be much in stock. They just dont have the manpower. I stop by here all the time and always see the employees working hard to stock the store. This Dollar Tree isnt the biggest, but it is very clean/organized.
