This place is great. They replaced the exploded battery on my wifes Galaxy Note 9 & the back glass that it cracked for just over $100 and did it faster than the estimated time of 2 hrs. I will definitely use this business again if I need any phone repairs. I cant recommend enough.

I had a great experience with the gentlemen at Murfreesboro Phone repair. They were nice and professional and knocked out what I needed done quicker than I expected. My daughter locked her tablet out and her home button had stopped working. Originally I was just trying to get it reset so she can have it back working. But the home button was needed to actually do the hard reset. Kaled said it would take about an hour just to reset it, but ended up calling to let me know I needed a new home button in order to do it. And that it would be ready the next day. But he actually finished it up in the same day. The prices were already great for the service. But he gave me a discount on top of that because he forgot to call me when they finished working on it. Which wasn’t a big deal for me, but was very professional of them to do that. I would highly recommend them for all of your phone and tablet repairs.

So this is going to be an interesting review, because I actually did not use their services. My wife took the phone there mistakenly thinking it was the place that I usually take my phone to be repaired. When she told me, we decided to take it to my usual place. The folks at Murfreesboro phone repair were super understanding, and even though they had overnighted the parts already had no problem giving the phone back so that we could take it to our usual spot. If I wasnt so weird about sticking with my usual place I would definately use this place. They seem to be honest and good people, and if this is how they treat non customers, then Id imagine that they take great care of their actual ones. These guys have saved me on multiple occasions. Last summer, I dropped my phone in water twice within a week and a half. Both times, they were able to replace my screen and get my phone working within the same day. Last month, I dropped it and cracked the screen and then when I took off the cover, I noticed the back was busted as well. I messaged them, took my phone in the next day and within a couple hours, it was as good as new. Incase you can’t tell, I’m really hard on my phone and so now I have them on speed dial. Their work is top quality and their prices are very reasonable. They do not try and sell services that aren’t needed and I truly trust their judgment when it comes to what repairs are necessary. Without them, I’d have shelled out thousands on phone replacements by now.

So, I came in with an unorthodox request. I have a dual screen phone, where a case attaches to the phone to extend the display. Its an LG G8.The case screen was broken and I asked these guys to fix it for me. They ordered a new screen but found out the connector was damaged as well, so they ordered one of those too.Well, after all of that, it still wasnt working. So they ordered a brand new replacement case and only charged me what they paid for it plus tax.I am very happy with the outcome and how they handled everything and I highly recommend this shop for any phone repair work you need. They will take care of you. Great job guys.

Had to bring my Samsung Galaxy s20 in because my dog had damaged the screen. Two guys helped me out and got my phone back to me the next day. They were quick and professional; my phones screen is back to how it was before the damage. They also do a student discount if you have an MTSU ID. Took $20 off my total. Hopefully my phone wont need another repair but if it does Ill be back!

I took my 8+ to MPR over the summer because it was cracked in a lot of places, and they fixed it for SUCH a reasonable price and I got a screen protector- all under $110.00!!! The staff is amazing and so trustworthy and respectful. Yesterday they fixed my HP laptop screen because that was also cracked in a lot of places, and fixed my mom’s 8+ as well because she had cracks in hers too!! Oh wow. Where do I begin? I had called to ask about pricing and Carson was super helpful and friendly. He was the reason I went to them. The other stores I called had no sense of customer service. Also, I was running late from class to pick up my phone and I thought they were closed BUT they were not! They stayed open a few minutes longer for another customer and I whom were having a bad day. I really appreciate the experience and my phone came back in amazing shape!

It was great! My mom went there to fix my phone, and it’s good as new. But I think you guys messed with the camera a bit, I have an iPhone XR, it used to be super clear, but the camera is a bit cloudy now.
