I purchased an iPhone 8 it was a great used phone. 2 months later I had a problem with my wife’s iPhone 7, I lost her password to iCloud.com when I lost her contacts and 1120 pictures. The Phone Exchange was able to recover all that I had messed up, great people and smarter than the Genius Bar at the iPhone Store. They have a very good selection of phones, give them a try.

Completely shattered my phone but Travis was able to take it as soon as I brought it in and had it ready to be picked up an hour later and it looks brand new! Quick and easy place to sell your phones

Poor customer service... went in looking to buy a Verizon iPhone and all they had available was a used iPhone 6 for $229 lmao when I asked about other phones like the Razr flip phone one of the gentleman responded “that’s really expensive we don’t get it out of the case??” Excuse me sir most phones are expensive and how else do you expect a customer to purchase your product!?!? Went to another location and purchased a great IPhone 8 for $289 and was in and out within 30 minutes...indefinitely recommended shopping elsewhere these guys are trash

I purchased a new *to me* phone on Friday, but due to circumstances WAAYY out of the hands of The Phone Exchange, I had to call them on Monday to say the phone was no longer useable. The gentleman who sold me the phone was also the one answering the phone and he told me to come on by and he would take care of me. That he did. He went over the top to fix the situation, he clarified every step and even offered more information to help me get back to my old phone for the time being. He then contacted another store and had a replica delivered the following day. He stayed on top of every detail and was very transparent in every step. All in all, Ill warn always buy a phone from a reputable company like The Phone Exchange and not just a random ad. This company went above and beyond my expectations and I will definitely recommend and be a repeat customer due to the way they handled this transaction.

We drove over an hour away to go here and well worth the time! They are knowledgeable, quick and fairly priced. This is the best place Ive found in the Middle Tennessee area that buys and sells phones. I sold my S4 and ended up getting an S5 in perfect condition for about $200 less than I was going to spend at Best Buy. The store was nice and clean and the guys working were professional and polite. Went there to buy an i phone 6 64G for a great price! I bought one off Craigslist the day before and it was stolen so I decided to check this place out. Had been look for more than a month for a near mint G3 to replace my crushed one, and Jamey helped me find it. Actually the past reviews are FALSE. Ive sold over 5 phones to the store in Murfreesboro, and have never experienced bad custome service. On top of that, every phone I seen for sale was in great shape and very fairly priced. They give great deals on the phones they sell, and they pay at least $20 more than Gazelle. Ignore the haters.

Went in to get my wife a phone, walked out with a flawless LG4 phone, case and screen protector for 150.00 thats not gonna happen anywhere else ever, they are customer motivated there.

I was sold an iphone 6s 128GB with aftermarket parts. They sold it for $419. An iphone with aftermarket parts??? how cool is that! (sarcastic). I had the phone checked at apple, reason why I know about all these. How can an owner allow these things? Dishonesty to customers. Inconsistent products sold (coz they sold great products to others). The seller did not even tell me that the phone has been opened and patched.Seller, if you are reading this. Guess how much the value of the phone after 3 months of usage? $89!!!

Called and spoke with Adam. Explained to Adam that I had a moto z2 play, with cracked screen and I had purchased a new phone, same kind. He told me he would give me a $20.00 in store credit for it. A month goes by that fiance bought a phone from yardsale for $25.00 that was locked. (Lesson learned) she calls Adam and honestly explains her screw-up and he tells her that we can do a solid trade on that phone only. Thinking that if we take the yardsale phone and moto z2 we would get at least a $45.00 in store credit. Wrong! We get the 2 phones and 4 more old useless phones to us since we are not into phone business and take all in just in case. Well, those phones brought us nothing. Ok fine we didnt 100% think that they would. Longer story long, they did give yardsale phone back not even recycle material. The only in-store credit for the useless phones and my moto z2 play was $10.00!! Not even the $20.00 I was originally quoted. Got daughter a $25.00 phone that still cost out of pocket $16.46. I wont be going back and I am giving a heads-up because I feel like I was told whatever to get me in the store to make a few dollars. I know thats what theyre in the business for but a bit of loyalty on their part may have resulted in me getting a $60.00 phone which if I got the original quote of $20.00 the store would have gotten a bigger profit off of my purchase. Once I seen that I was going to be lied to, I spent way less considering the reason I was there to begin with. BUYERS BEWARE!!! With as big of a market thats out there call and compare!!!

Ive done business several times with this company in the past and never experienved a problem until recently...and they went above and beyond in fixing the problem. I bought a used samsung galaxy s6 from them this past weekend. After leaving the store and the phone wouldnt call out or do basic operations I went back. After trying my sim card in several other phones it was determined that it was the problem. They advised me to go to Verizon and get a new sim from them. Well when I got to Verizon my phone number had been suspended by that point due to a problem with the phone. After being on the phone for 3 hours with Verizon tech support and fraud I went back to the phone exchange to explain the situation. They immediately went above and beyond. I was expecting them to swap my phone out with another of the same and send me off with an apology. Instead they upgraded my phone, paid for a month of prepaid service while my other number is temporarily suspended, and gave me a car charger. This place represents exceptional customer service and I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future. Awesome place that actually cares about their customers. I recommend anyone that needs a new phone but doesnt wanna pony up 1000 for a brand new one to give them a vist

They were so polite! I havent gotten a new phone in 3 years and knew nothing about current phones. That is... until I bought the phone from them and went across the street to activate it.I entered cricket to activate my new phone from the phone exchange only to find out that cricket sold the EXACT SAME PHONE for the exact same price. 100 dollars. Thats not too bad because the phone I bought from them was in almost perfect shape. Just one tiny scratch on the screen. I was upset but not too upset.Thats when I went and looked around at all their other cricket phones. Another phone they had for 100 for cricket was only $40. Brand new, and many other that were cheaper than their used discounted phones.Also, while I was in the store there was a woman that just bought a phone from the phone exchange who had a phone that wasnt able to activate. Either stolen or still in service, but she couldnt activate it either way. They sold her a faulty phone without checking before hand.I returned to their store, but I didnt demand a refund. I said could I get 25 dollars off of my phone for this The manager said that all sales were final with a horrific attitude. Though the person who originally sold me the phone was very kind, the manager was incredibly rude. I stated that I trusted their service. I spoke to them about phones for almost 2 hours because I was so ignorant on the topic. I then said if they were going to lie to me then they should at least try to make an excuse. The manager just said Ill give you $15 bucks. Thats it I said that it wouldnt do and he said then you can have store credit towards another phone (which I spent 2 hours in so i clearly knew i didnt watn another phone)What really made me angry, however, was when I said dude they are selling the phone at the same price brand new you cant just expect to run a business this way and he just says oh thats with their phone plans ... after spending 2 hours in the store they told me how cricket doesnt have phone plans because they are prepaid... so after they gave me those very definite details he just said that it was because it was a promotion...About that time CRICKET THEMSELVES called them (about the woman they screwed over while I was in there) and the manager answered. The guy who sold me the phone promptly asked me if i would settle in the middle with $20. I said yes and left.Long Story Short: The Phone exchange are manipulative to the point they will sell you phones for MORE than they cost brand new, then when you attempt a return they straight up tell you no.I will say the guy who sold me the phone was very kind and looked extremely uncomfortable in the whole situation. I feel like he has been caught up in a job where he is forced to scam people just to pay his bills. The manager, however, was a straight up piece of @*!#
