I had a great experience with Lawarence Glass. I scheduled my appointment they called and confirmed they had received the windshield prior to my arrival . I arrived and my glass was replaced. Two days later I realized my front washer fluid was not working. I called them they were willing to come to me to look at however I chose to go to them. Before I could even get out of my vehicle someone was at my window I popped my hood and he reconnected something he was very apologetic for the inconvenience and I was done. I realize that some would consider this a negative experience but I was treated with respect and no questions asked and they fixed the problem. I definitely would use them again.

I was super-impressed by the follow through of the representative that I worked with through the process. The guys that showed up and did the work were excellent too. The whole experience was very positive.

I drove 2 1/2 hours to have my windshield replaced. Took a vacation day because they dont do it on Saturdays. They said they would do it first thing in the morning since I was from out of town. They didnt show up until 5:00 and car dealer closed so couldnt calibrate it. I had to drive 2 1/2 hours back home and come back 2 days later to get it. This appointment was even confirmed the day before. Very frustrated. Thank goodness the car dealer let me keep their loaner even though it wasnt their lack in customer service.

The guys here are great! They weren’t able to make it out to my house to do my windshield replacement because of the weather but the techs stayed after closing time to make sure it got done at the shop. I also saved $70 using them instead of safelite. Great job, guys!

Family owned, accredited by all big rig name brands like freightliner etc; 2 locations, Murfreesboro, Tn and Nashville, Tn... Very Very professional and on point. Truck drivers might call ahead of time and set up windshield swap conveniently. I personally called a after hours number on a Friday while in Oklahoma and was pleased to have everything setup in Murfreesboro, Tn. After driving my shift I parked overnight and came in Saturday morning. Place is great!!!

I called on Friday & they were at my house at 8:30am to install our new windshield. They were helpful, friendly & did a wonderful job. Dodge quoted $699 to replace the same glass that Lawrence did for $399Customer Service from the 1st phone call to installation was 👌 spot on. Would recommend & use again. I was blown away by the friendly and quick service I got replacing my windshield. The last time I needed my glass replaced, it took the other place two and a half months to replace my windshield, and here it took two days. The guys who came out were super nice and replaced the glass and recalibrate the forward collision sensor in about half an hour, and they worked with my insurance! Im definitely recommending this place to everyone.

I am a semi driver, had stone crack windshield pretty bad on a Sunday called Monday morning from north of Nashville and they said will be waiting for you when you get here, got there they had new windshield all ready to put in, put truck in shop and they started on it right away, don’t think I was there more than an hour, great service, friendly staff!! I had to replace both the windshield on my 86 Chevy I am restoring and a side window of a 2010 Equinox that was busted up from vandalism. Josh was great. He is lightning fast on responding to emails. His quotes were exactly what it cost. His team did a great job on replacing both quickly and carefully.I will use him again in the future if I have the need and I have already recommended him to others.

August 29, traveling on Rte 24, a huge rock, bigger than a baseball hit my drivers side windshield and shattered it. AAA towed to Lawrence Glass, Murfreesboro. I am a disable Vet, was on my way to the VA for an appointment. Contacted Progressive and with extraordinary help from JADE at Lawrence, confirmed the details needed to have the windshield replaced, once they got the glass from KIA supplier. The next morning JADE called me! My car was ready! I am overwhelmed and so thankful for how JADE handled this, especially, I am sure, he knew how shaken up I was about this accident . I could have been killed and/or a huge accident could have occurred. Thank you, JADE for your help, your kindness and your professionalism. Only 5 months now in TN, this New Yorker is so very grateful. Obviously, the best service!!!!

This was the absolute worse service. They scratched my car and my dash/seat had glue in it after they was done. I called in got a whole lot of attitude and they wouldnt own up to it. He said it was already there. Who in their right mind throws glue all over their own car? Lucky for me I have before pictures! They than proceeded to tell me I got a windshield out of it so get over it. I might have a new windshield but I also have several chips of paint gone and glue that I cant get out of the inside. Never again will we use this company!

Customer service is great, straight to the point. Saved about 60 dollars coming here instead of using Safelite and I didnt have to sit at home wondering when the safelite guy could show up. Call, make an appointment, and you are good to go in about an hour and a half when you show up to your appointment. You can also go somewhere else and come back later to pick it up. Local is always better.

Service couldnt have been any smoother. Finished early. Calibrated the vehicle eyesight also.

This place was great. They were very friendly and extremely fast. They cost way less than other places for the same issue. The estimate Lawrence Glass Co. gave me for my back window was spot on and it was exactly that when I went to pay. No hidden fees. They got me in the day I called a couple of hours later and it was fixed in half an hour. They also offer services where they travel to your location that was still cheaper than the estimates I was getting to go in shop at other places.This place is a gem!

Terrible experience. First they replaced the wrong window in the truck and afterward insisted on reinstalling the old one that they has mistakenly taken out. While reinstalling they scratched it but refused to admit they did - so much for the customer being right. Then when working on the correct window to replace they kept scratching it while installing - took them three tries to get a good window in. Needless to say I went to a competitor to have their bad work repaired - both the window they scratched and the door mirror switch that they hooked up backwards. I wanted to shop locally, but sometimes the bigger shop is simply better....
