I highly recommend this place. My husband and I had a flat tire and called them for help. They sent a service guy out to our location to help. Turns out the tire was not able to be repaired and we needed new tires. Not only did they provide quality service, they prayed for our family before we left. You have no idea how much we needed that. Love this place. They are honest and trustworthy. Everyone is so nice and I like coming in and seeing everyone everytime I come in. There isnt a high turn over rate with their employees so I assume they like their jobs, its nice to keep up with everyone.

Travis and the team at Quality Tire have always been great people to work with. I’ve never had problems with any of the maintenance or repairs they’ve done on my vehicles over the years. In this day and age, unfortunately, not every auto repair shop operates with the best interests of the customer in mind. I’ve had repairs done there over the years that could have resulted in me being taken advantage of but didn’t happen. The last visit was to replace a fan and when when we picked the car up the automatic door locks suddenly stopped working, both from the button inside and on the keys. Since they were working the morning we dropped the car off but not when we picked it up a few hours later, I asked them about it. They spent lots of time looking and testing to no avail. Other places would have said it wasn’t their fault, they didn’t go anywhere near the components in question but not Quality Tire. Travis had his shop manager personally check it out and turned out it was a blown fuse. Not their fault but they replaced it at no charge to me! This may not seem like much to some people but I work 2 jobs and don’t have a lot of time to be looking all over town trying to get repairs done in a timely, cost effective manner. I will always trust my vehicles to Quality Tire!

Travis and the guys are always super friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. They sometimes don’t even charge us if they don’t find a problem or it’s something simple. They are also very reasonably priced. I never hesitate to use them for my vehicle servicing. Absolutely recommended. A+

Took my car in to get a new tire. TOMS light came on after. I have taken it back twice and it is still coming on. Totally incompetent. Now I know why they were o ly tire shop not slammed.

Staff was honest and friendly. I came in for an oil change and it was done quickly and fairly inexpensive. They did an inspection and informed me of some future maintenance work that might be needed. This is fairly standard but everything they mentioned was accurate unlike these other chains that will make up needed repairs.

I am now skeptical of this company and will no longer be taking my vehicles to them. My son, daughter and myself have taken our vehicles to Quality Tire & Auto on several occasions and have noticed a trend of several things going wrong with our vehicles after they have fixed them.

Was referred here and thought it was pretty good but ... asked for good year tire to match the rest on our Rv .. was shown good year and firestone. Picked good year paid for it they mounted it and brought it out. We just put it in back of Rv without checking go to put tire on and it’sa Firestone. Called to see if they could switch it... they said that’s but what you picked... why works we get a firestone when all our others are good year? Then when he wouldn’t do anything about it we went ahead and put tire on... couldn’t even put correct air pressure in they put 50 when the tire is to have 80. What a tire shop!!! A big disappointment!! Will make sure we never go there again!!

Great shop. These guys are up front on pricing and the work they do is top notch. I have brought a 2002 Ford Explorer in for scheduled maintenance and a total tune up and flush out of a 1999 Jeep Cherokee. Courtesy ride drop off and prompt service with the vehicles ready both times. Way more than a tire center. Will be back for some additional service on the Cherokee shortly. Repeat business is the testimony of great work and great service.

This shop is top-notch. I recently moved to the area and was in need of some work on my car. Not only are these guys honest, their pricing is more then fair to the customer. They get your cae diagnosed and running pretty quickly and are great about letting you know a rough estimate of what you will spend before they start working on it.

Transmission failure on my used truck. They had to open the transmission to confirm how bad it was and provided options for me to consider. A new transmission was only $600 more than repairing so I opted for new. Job done in 3 days and they even picked me up from work!! Super service and trustworthy business!

Went in with air conditioner problem. A part feel off causing it not to work. I found and brought the part in with me for them to install. I was told that they would look it over. Came in with $1,050.00 estimate for repair. Need new compressor. I told them my compressor was good; just needed clutch put back on. The technician went back to shop and returned in about 20 minutes and reported it was fixed but would have trouble. New repair cost $45.00. Wow!!! I saved $1,005.00. He was correct. I did have a problem after I left but it still wasn’t the compressor. It was the way he improperly installed the part to cause the problem so I woul come back. Well today I got his work redone at a cost of $80.00. Still saved almost $900.00 by going to a reputable mechanic shop.

Very honest folks here. Thought I needed rear brakes because there was a noise coming from them. Took it apart and found it was just a $20 part that needed to be replaced. Even took me into the service bar to look for myself.They have earned my business and a recommendation to others.

Fast tire change, great customer service, nice waiting room And bathroom. We got a flat tire and the wait at Walmart was over 3 hours. Came here and they had us in and out in 30 minutes.

Its a good place. They just dont have a big selection of tires. The mostly just have Goodyear.

Never had worse service. Not just one time, but consistently over the past few years. Anytime my family has taken a car up here, they “fix” it and then we have to take it somewhere else because they didn’t fix it at all. A couple dangerous scenarios where they “forgot to put this thing back on” or d”forgot to tighten this”

Ill start with this, I know mechanics have a tough job to get a high rating. Drop the car off at 7 AM to get new brake pads and a transmission fluid change so that we can get the car back earlier to have arrangements to get my wife to work. At about 8 oclock get a phone call, reception bad, clerk did not call back, no voicemail. Two hours later I had a hunch that I should call back so I call to see about the status and they did not get started on the car yet and was told I needed new back rotors. Then I expressed now me, my seven-year-old three-year-old and infant will need to hang out in the lobby for three hours because we needed more prompt service the reason why we showed up at 7 AM. Kudos for them we showed up and only had to wait 30 minutes because I asked whatever they can do would be awesome. The transmission fluid change was typical however the brake pad change was $25 more than advertised apparently I got a better ceramic pad, however it was the standard pads I got me into the door and what I requested since Ive got 142K miles on the car. Also both set of rotors were fine when I checked them after picking up the car. I just felt like I got had a little bit (and potentially a lot more if I had bought new rotors) Ill give them another chance when I get my front brakes replace hopefully Ill have a better experience because they were recommended to me and would like to have my cars serviced at one location.

These people are not honest went to have a ailment done and was told I needed the rear camber bolts changed before I could do anything at a $126 plus the cost of the alignment . Took it to another place and found out my car doesnt even have camber bolts in the rear. This business will rip you off if given the opportunity. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU IF THEY CAN.

These guys tried to charge my wife 126.00 to install rear camber bolts on our vehicle and a separate charge for an alignment we didnt even need. 2005 Awd Saturn Vue dont even have rear camber bolts. Make sure to get a 2nd opinion.

Spoke with Bill asked him to change headlights on vehicle. He wanted to charge me $50 for each headlight totaling $100 just to change headlights. Said labor was expensive. When i explained it takes less time to do an oil change and tire rotation for $24.95 he had no response. Rip Off Report

Nothing Quality about this place! Sat and waiting to be serviced for 30 minutes and never was acknowledged so I took my money and business elsewhere.

For 2 weeks in a row, Ive tried to come up there and both times they have already sent the mechanics home. Its 10 am and youre supposed to be open until noon. All I needed was an ac recharge. And youre full? Maybe stop sending your mechanics home when you told me to come back!
