Love the Dragon bowl. Hate the customer service by one of the employees.I ordered a dragon bowl on doordash half an hour in advance and went to pick it up. One employee (seemed to be a brown girl) was so polite and said that it would be ready in 5 minutes. 5 minutes later another employee (a white girl. Sorry, I don’t know their names) was very rude, was rolling her eyes and said that I would have to wait for 30-40 min. If I had not already paid for it, I would have left for sure. Finally, got my order by the 1st girl in a a couple of minutes. That rude employee has probably lost you a lot of business with the delays and the attitude. I will be ordering from a different location henceforth.

So good. One of the employees working here always puts so much great care into making our bowls, he makes them look so beautiful and they are hearty and delicious.

The acai bowls are made to order and are pretty damn delicious. My only qualm is that the large bowls run you around $16 which is quite expensive.I got the nutty bowl! Highly recommend although next time I might try the Dragon Bowl.

Yelp says it closes at 7:30. The door sign had said open until 8. And we were turned away at 7pm. We drove a good distance to get here before 7:30, just to be turned away. The employee wasn’t even nice about it. Not coming back.

Very bad. I had pick up an order. The pick up time was 5:22. And he gave me my order at 6:00. Only one person is working this this store. I will never come again to this store anymore.

While the product has such potential here, combined with the location, I have had consistent frustration with this restaurant. Orders wrong, phone not picked up for an order, times open I consistent online or in-store, not serving what is on the menu... The list goes on. I’m not a fan of giving my patronage to such disorganization and frustration at the cost of the customer. Bummer!

The negative reviews here are consistent. Ordered on pickup on doordash, and when I came to the restaurant at pickup time they told me I had to wait 20 more minutes, and to cancel the order if I didnt want to wait. Only one person working and I was the only customer in the store

Where is your staff today? I went to pick up an app order this morning after 9 and you were closed. Went back an hour later and it was still closed. I hope you’re still in business. 😕

Super convenient location and a pretty large menu to choose from. Cons are that service is pretty slow, expect to wait 10 minutes for a bowl. I recommend ordering the bowl extra thick as the normal constistency is quite thin.

The Kid’s Sensation Smoothie is amazing.

I ordered on dorrdash and it never came. It said that vitality bowls confirmed the order but I guess they didnt.

Really a great place. Be patient because everything is made on the spot when you order so it is very fresh, down to the cutting of fruit, etc.The place is clean and organized and it does get busy during lunch. The staff takes care to let you know how long your food will take to prepare if its super busy. At the most, Ive waited 15 minutes during the busiest of times. Pre-ordering helps if you are in a hurry.

Tasty and healthy smoothies but expect to spend at least $8 on a smoothie or more for other food. There’s not much seating so this is best for picking up food to takeout. It’s in the busy downtown district of Mountain View so parking can be limited at times.

Good smoothie bowls but ambience gets a big no

The guy working there today didnt add mangosteen to my bowl even though I paid extra. Im going back to ordering from Bowl of Heaven. Their bowls are much more generous!

The place is closed now. Their online app takes order but then the place is closed when you reach there.It should be changed to permanently closed.

Great food that is super healthy but this location on has one person staffed during weekday lunches. One person that preps the food and runs the register. Even though its not very popular, you can expect to wait a while

Great place to get an açaí bowl. Much better than the prior açaí bowl store that was in this location. Sadly, the sandwiches here are rather ordinary.TIP: The açaí is sweet enough as it is, so order the bowl without honey.Making the bowl does take a little longer than your typical açaí bowl store. So, I’ll use the time to go next door to get some espresso drink.Would have rated five stars, but there is stiff competition from Bowl of Heaven, just a couple miles away. Nonetheless, recommended if this place is more convenient for you.

Kale salad had an awful vinegar dressing, the juice was extremely warm, and everything very overpriced. Many much better eat out options close by. Dont go.

Some bowls are a little on the high sugar side. The staff are nice, but the bowls are made really slowly.We ordered 4 bowls at 1:17 pm and the last bowl was served at 2:00 pm (43 minutes..). It was unusual that it took them so long to make just 4 bowls.

A fast and good selection for a quick snack or meal. People who work here are super nice!

The service here is quite slow. The TV menu monitors didn’t work, and the panini machine was out of service. At least the prices were cheap — NOT.

Ordered 3 times around 7 pm in the past couple of months. Always get a call saying they have to close early because of one reason or another. Very unprofessional. Why not just change the working hours.
