COME GET SOME!!!Im going to be real honest, I wrote a bad review 7 months ago about the store being closed, while online its operating hours displayed it was open which was misleading. I had driven from Sunnyvale only to pull up to a closed shop which was supposed to be open.FAST FORWARD ➡️ to today...I reeeeaaaaallly needed a pre-workout supp but I was too egotistical to come in since I had wrote that review and had over 70,000 views on my photos I posted. I thought about maybe seeing if I could go in and see what the service was like. When I entered I was greeted by the associate at the front. I thought I could explore and try to find the Optimal Nutrition products on my own but I failed. Edwin asked me what I was looking for and he came out to show me where I could find the ON products. I asked him about a specific ON product and why I wasnt seeing them on any shelves at any GNC. He went ahead and researched it for me online and found out (without me asking him to) that I could still order the product I wanted online through the GNC website. Edwin made this visit smooth, he was nice and informative and I was in and out fast. Come get yours, they have everything! Store was fully stocked, nice and neat and larger than most GNC stores I have been to. So many options for specific results. Thanks again, I look forward to my leg day. 💪🏽

You know the times that I have been there I always have been pushed to hey I do personal training on the side get my cell number, so annoying.Yesterday Christian D helped us and was honest and straight forward which we appreciated. No forcing us to try anything we dont like. Just great customer service. Thank you.

Went in today to get some more supplements and as always Jonathan was on point! Great customer service, best recommendations, and always give me a great deal! He will even give his own personal recommendations on the products and not just what they say on the box. He has done this for me before and it was great! I usually buy body building supplements from there. Very friendly staff. They helped me to find the items. It is inside San Antonio shopping center. Lots of parking space. Good deals for card holders. Good products. Good brands are available.

The first time I was here the manager was talking trash on one of the employees so loudly that it was pretty obnoxious, so I just left. The second time I came it was within the business hours listed and she told me that they werent taking transactions because they were cleaning. I drove out of my way to go here, and regret it both times.

Best GNC location Ive been to. Super friendly and helpful staff and they always have my products in stock.

Terrible service when I want to return items: 1) They dont take returns without receipt; 2) They dont give you full refund to the original payment method, instead they issue a gift card to you. When I asked if I can talk to their supervisor, they rejected that request and told me they dont have a supervisor.

They really put out team effort to find what I needed.

It was not my first time here. I took my four friends visited this place on Thursday, May 23. Nobody asked my information and nobody gave me points. We spent nearly $200 on that day. It was not professional to treat us not the same way.

Hours posted online and at store say open at 11 on Sunday. Visited at 11:30 and they were closed with no one inside

Staff signed me up on Pro membership without explaining clearly.

I told them I wanted free membership, but they charged me $39.99 for pro membership. I called the store and customer service several times for refund. They just told me it would be a long process and let me wait. Avoid this store if you can.

Gone here twice during business hours and each time the door is locked and a person will be back later.

Sam the store manager was horrible to deal with. I like GNC a lot, but this store is good to avoid.
