Very well stocked and reasonably priced neighborhood hardware store. Garden, plumbing, electrical, cleaning supplies- youll find a bit of everything. Ive had good luck with obscure PVC fittings to polyurethane and sandpaper. Easy in-and-out and parking by the door (in back).

A new store, so everything is well organized and very clean. The interior is also very nicely designed, and creates a nice atmosphere to browse in. The staff is friendly, with the normal variety of items one would expect from a hardware store.

I love this place. The folks there were chill and were super helpful. They helped me look for the right $0.25 screw that I dont think anyone else in a big business would bother. I always bought more than I need to support this place.

Not sure the staff is racist or not. But my friend (Latino) and I (Asian) got yelled at very badly when we walked back to wait in line and forgot to keep the 6 feet distance. While there were two other people (Caucasians) did the same, and the staff didnt say a thing. Really screwed. We tried to support local business during COVID19, but this experience was truly awful. Wont come back again for sure.

Friendly stuff, good enough for basic repairs and so much more. Happy to find such a local hardware store. Their entrance is in the back parking lot, don’t be confused if you find entrance on el Camino real is closed.

I always go here when I need keys made or my knives sharpened. They do an excellent job and carry the unusual key used on our bottom locks. They recently (as of June 2012) got new knife sharpening machine, and it does an amazing job. These are the sharpest our knives have ever been, and I have tried many services in the Bay Area over the last 10 years. Each one can now truly cut paper and slice a tomato without bruising it. Its a joy to cook again. We will be back!

Mike was a very nice guy and helped my daughter and I quickly search for the items we were looking for. I like that old fashioned one on one help that a big box store can never provide. This store has so many nick nacks that you can easily find. Im glad we still have the mom and pop stores around.

This is a pure example of how a hardware store should look, lots of inventory, clean and superb customer service. Michelle and Paul along with the other employees provide priceless customer service and are very friendly. I recommend this hardware store to whom appreciate quality service and products.

Nice little local hardware store. If you dont like the big chains, try here. Whatever you do, do NOT have them sharpen your knives here. Tried having my pocket knife sharpened before bringing in a set of kitchen knives and the guy took a grinding wheel to the serrations on my pocket knife. Amateur hour as far as sharpening goes.

Great service in a throw back hardware store. I find this to be a much better experience than the big box/warehouse alternatives. Its a bit out of the way for me, but worth it.

This is my local hardware store - I live a few blocks away and I go here all the time. I have always had a good experience and have left with a smile on my face. The staff are really friendly (especially Michelle) and will go out of your way to help you. Not only will they help you find exactly what you need, they will also give you pro bono advice to help you solve your home or garden problem. For example, when I asked an employee for plastic netting to keep squirrels out of a garden bed, he pointed out that squirrels would chew right through it and recommended chicken wire instead (which worked perfectly). They are also lenient with returns for any reason. And, although this store is on the smaller side, they are surprisingly well stocked considering their size. They tend to know exactly what they have in stock, and if they dont have it, they can tell you where to get it. Two thumbs up for this neighborhood treasure!

Very poor service today at my local go to hardware store. Returned an item after purchasing it. The associate was very rude about the whole situation. I apparently recked his morning. The return was a real treat. Even at the end he basically through my debit card back at me landing it on the counter. I Wont be back. Transaction # A63810.

Best hardware store around. A fraction of the size of the big box stores but a wider range of hand tools, kitchen gear, paint supplies, etc. A real old school style place where you can get the hard-to-find items not avaliable elsewhere.

Local business. Friendly staff. For what I was looking for, their prices were better than anywhere else, including ebay. In the past, when I had a few keys made and one didnt work, they solved the issue with ease.I would shop here more if it was in my migratory pattern.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Blossom Hardware -- as some of the other reviews have said, they have almost everything anyone might need. The staff seems very knowledgeable. Sometimes they are a bit stuffy (4 stars instead of 5), which is probably because they know so much and seem to be tired of hearing yet one more dumb question, but I will continue to go there first.

I had a problem with a futon and my boyfriend and I are not handy at all. They helped me buy a drill, showed me how to use it and made sure my boyfriend and I really knew what we were doing before we left. Their customer service is A+, Paul was so friendly and didnt make me feel dumb for not being knowledgeable about tools. Great experience, wont go anywhere else for hardware!
