I was truly impressed by Bruce Bauer Lumber and Supply. I have a specialty window that requires a certain manufacturer. The window was broken and I had no idea how to fix it. I called them up and they were able to send someone by to get the measurements, and order parts. After the parts arrived, they came by to fix the window. The whole process was so seamless and stress free. I am so grateful for the wonderful work Bruce Bauer Lumber and Supply did. I high recommend them!!

We love the demo fences out front with descriptions of how to prepare and maintain different types of wood. Im also very impressed with the customer service. They took the time to explain the merits of various types of wood finishes. They also have testers available to try out, rather than spend money on something we might not like.

We were starting a family woodworking project in our backyard and decided to visit Bauer Lumber to get wood for the project.We went two separate times and had equally terrible service. They talked down to us and did not help us understand what we needed to buy (we’re amateurs). They were blunt, rude, and were very disrespectful. Everyone in the cutting area was great, but the two men at the front desk unfortunately demonstrated some of the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced.

Knowledgeable staff and quality products. A whole different experience than the box stores. Maybe priced a bit higher, but there is no comparison since the lumber quality is completely different (better) here. I dont have to pick my lumber out, I had a look at the rack, they loaded and delivered. Delivery is free over $500, so have a few extra items in mind in case you come up short.

Is you need great lumber for a big or small project this place is amazing

Bruce Bauer is The Best Customer experience I have ever received! From a phone call to an on line chat that made me feel as if they were at my front door. Within two hours of my order Bruce Bauer delivered 4,800 pounds of dry cement so that my restaurant could could build a safe parklet area to survive Covid. I placed an order for 5 pieces of lumber for a seeing set online using the chat window on their website. It was super easy! It was ready for pick up later in the day. Miguel from the warehouse loaded it all in my car for me and told me they have home delivery too! Im not a contractor, and they were very patient and kind with me. Ill be going back as soon as I have anything else to buy.

Scott Stuart was great at helping us get a replacement Andersen french door panel when ours was broken in a burglary. Other shops had no clue how to proceed, but Scott new exactly what the process was and he executed flawlessly. Our doors were about 17 years old and Andersen made a perfect replacement. Bruce Bauer installed in 1 hour and it works! These people know what they are doing!

Excellent service and product selection. I was able to purchase plywood and have it cut to the dimensions I needed. I was helped by the cashiers and wood shop people right away. This place is soooo much better than “big box” stores where you can rarely find help. The shop people also helped me cut my Sheetrock to a the smaller size I needed to fit in my vehicle (I brought my own blade, they loaned me the Tsquare).I will shop here for my remodeling needs from now on.

Great service, better quality lumber than Home Depot at about the same price

I was greeted by each member of the staff as soon as I entered the shop. Each of them offered to help me find what I was looking for, and once I did they carried my items to the front of the store. Great prices and excellent customer service! I highly recommend this business.

In a world of giant customer-service-less DIY stores, Bruce Bauer offers such a refreshing experience. The staff is friendly, helpful and take their time to get things right. We needed 1 sheetrock but I brought the wrong car so the 4’x8’ sheet wouldn’t fit. Adam hand cut the sheet to size and loaded all the pieces in my car. He was extraordinarily friendly and professional. Beyond today, we have been buying lumber here. Their quality and selection of lumber are impressive. I highly recommend Bruce Bauer Lumber.

They do way more than lumber, and have incredible service.As much as I can I’ll be coming here ahead of Home Depot because it’s so much more pleasant and faster to get what you need.

Only place I go for my lumber. Great selection of various grades and much less expensive than the big home improvement stores. Decent selection of tools and fasteners as well.
