Nice, clean and spacious store. They have a wide variety of products here. Staff is friendly. They have products of their own labeled as “First Street” which are of good quality and a bit cheaper. Only negatives are infants food items are limited and no self checkout stations .

1st time here, nice and clean👍🏽store seemed larger than RWC. Lot more selection. Check LADY very nice, didnt get her name time about 12:30 Thursday ( Asian). She took extra care if my eggs 😊. What came for:Tejava tea in different favors was there/ RWC as been out. Was able to buy 3 cases.

My visit today was just for quick restock of stevia sweetener packets while I passed by. I did have time to browse for a while, and it turns out they carry some items I havent found at my usual grocery sources.There was a decent selection of 0 cal soda, incl. root beer & orange flavors; which I recently couldnt find at Safeway. There were also bulk size frozen chicken egg rolls and Starbucks mocha / vanilla cold coffee, the latter has disappeared from Costco while they only carry veg egg rolls.I dont usually need bulk size shopping, but this seems worth trying when I cant find items elsewhere.

No carts provided at the door. I guess you need to fetch one from the parking lot? Anyway, carry heavy items in your hand, walk most of the way through the store to find the line, get told the line starts at the other end of the store, because really who needs signs? Walk through the store with heavy items in arm to find that the line is really long. Drop your stuff and head on down the road to Safeway.

This store has the potential to give Costco a run for their money. But it doesnt have enough checkout lanes open.

This is a great place to go if you know that you want a reasonable price on a quality food brand. This is a restaurant supply type store but does carry regular sized items. The produce is fresh but it is usually a good idea to buy whatever is in the circular. The hardworking and helpful staff here are my favorite part of this business. These kids go the extra mile to be kind.

Would be better if our friend was in a better mood he wasnt able to get urgent feel like getting the Western Union or anything really so I had to go drop him off and told him to wait there until I got back to get what I was going to get originally just surprise you so just hang tight and act surprised I swear he hates me but as for smart & final it was great so I hope you think. Question Walgreens wise anything that youve been interested in or wanting lately

This store has a large selection of items and caters to a number of different groups. You are guaranteed to find food you havent seen before for an incredibly low price that looks delicious too. Has all of the main staples as well. Shop is kept incredibly well stocked and neat. Many things are in bulk sizes, but you can find plenty of single/small family sizes too. Also, their rotisserie chicken is amazing.

I visit this Smart and Final a lot while shopping at Nijiya for Bento. Usually buying T-bone steaks which are often on sale, gallon water, juice, eggs, fruits and veggies, pasta, and even Kikkoman sauces in the Asian section. This Smart and Final is also very clean and spacious!

11 am shopping: few customers, wide aisles, safe line for check out.

I like S&F for some produce but more so packaged goods. Sometimes I buy protein there when they have exceptional price. I prefer Sprouts for most produce and protein, but not packaged goods.

Really helpful staff and great prices!Ive called in a couple times to check on pricing and availability of some products since not everything is listed online, and every time Ive called, the associates would personally go find th products I was asking about and get back to me.Even when I was at the store looking for something that was 5 aisles down, the person I asked directions from actually accompanied me to the spot and helped me find what I needed.And as always, prices here are great. Typically lowest in the area other than a few items at Trader Joes and the bulk section at Whole Foods.Definitely do most of my shopping here itself!

Product although abundant was barely edible. I always wash my produce.. but there were so many worm type bugs in the lettuce..Anyway.. I found A LOT of expired bottles of salad dressing..Bottom line lot of stuff to choose from but the quality IS NOT THERE.

This store was remodeled a while ago and was expanded. Product is plentiful on the shelves. Prices are very good for us. Although some prices do have us thinking twice.

Wow, Smart & Final has had a huge makeover over the past year, now it is S&F Extra, their new brand, it has a great variety of organic produce at reasonable prices. Disregard reviews prior to 2018 as it was a completely different store and had a restaurant supply vibe. The store has had an extensive remodel and has expanded its footprint and offerings. Recently stopped in to pick up organic carrots, same brand significantly at S&F less expensive than exact same item at Nob Hill. We still patronize TJs but S&F is now one of our go-to grocery stores.

Great produce, never crowded, meat specials are terrific. Nice employees.

Since Smart and Final has expanded its inventory to have both regular and wholesale sizes and a full frozen food section, produce a and meat department I shop there more frequently. Their sales are very good so it pays to keep an eye on their weekly fliers. At this point I always buy chicken there as some cut is usually on sale each week.

Our go to place since it was expanded. Great prices and loads of organic fruit & veg. Way cheaper compared to the Nob Hill across the road. Also they have a good selection of bulk catering items for parties etc.

The store expanded and looks really nice, but two cashiers were carrying on a coversation and curse words were coming out of their mouth which was not appropriate. They did not know I was standing there and when they noticed that I was there they spoke in in another language real quick and the other one left. I know the language because I understand it.

Inexpensive and clean grocery store, with all of the essentials. They also dont really try to upsell, so youre likely to come out with just the thing you went in for (saves a bit more money). Basically, as advertised.

Smart & Final was well stocked. The checker was very friendly...but needed to know the produce codes. Nonetheless all okay.

Be aware! They would cheat on the bulk food’s weight! I bought the walnut halves and pecan halves each bag only weighed around 1/4 lb. The cashier entered them 1/2 lb. It caught my attention because the peacan was charged $7 dollars!!! I asked her to weigh again, her first reaction was it’s $13.48 a pound. I said I know (it’s expensive : did not say it out loud) that’s why I weighed to make sure beforehand.I did not check the walnut which cost $6.99 lb. I assumed it’s just an error. But after I got home and checked the walnut price on the receipt - gosh, there it goes was charged 0.42 lbs for in fact is 0.2 lb. They think they are smart with this little trick. I never checked my receipt but from now on I will definitely do the diligent work myself and of course I will never return to this store again.

Theyve expanded and added a bunch of great things like stuffed portobello mushrooms and produce that looks better and is less expensive than Safeway!

I like shopping at this place for certain foods such as rice, vegetables, frozen burritos, deli meats, bulk beans, yogurt, milk and cheese.

Attractive store, lots of choices, uncluttered aisles, good prices.
