Got my contacts examination for $90 and my monthly contacts within an hour. The optometrist did a great job answering my questions quickly, clearly, and calmly. And even the employee in training was nice. They defaultly order the contacts to their facility and request you come back for pickup once they notify you they have arrived by phone call. Within 2 days they called and I picked up my brand new contacts! You can request them to ship directly to your home too (which I consider normal).
These ppl were terrible, we asked about a very simple thing in our prescription and they said we had to pay for glasses first
The price was good, but within 6 weeks they were getting blurry and the bifocals were cut way up to high, and I had to wear them at a ridiculous angle so that I wasnt looking thru the bifocalsRecomend going somewhere else.
I called the optical center yesterday afternoon, gave her my insurance information, and set up an appointment for the next day. She seemed like everything was good and didn’t ask for any follow up information as though she was sure my insurance was accepted.All was well until I arrived on Saturday and they hadn’t looked up my insurance the day before when I called and gave them the information. Now I’ve wasted my morning, braved these pandemic streets, only to have to do it again once I can reach my insurance company on Monday.
Great service and I love my glasses and great prices I spent far less than my husband on his so excited...
