I came in on a Thursday morning to replace my indoor and outdoor glasses. The selection of frames was excellent, and every staff member was friendly and welcoming. Leslie worked very hard to make sure my measurements and fit were perfect. And, she also adjusted my current glasses for a better fit!

Elvia is the most heroic EyeCare Advisor. I bring funky cheap lenses in and she always offers me the most creative solutions to add my prescription to these frames. She goes the extra mile. I also had to recently get an annual eye exam and have never been able to do the “no contact denominator test” (test for glaucoma) and it requires blowing air into the eye without blinking. I can never do that test, it freaks me out. She totally worked with me for 30 minutes and kept me calm. This LensCrafters has great customer service!

Bertha provided excellent customer service and was a delight to talk to while getting my wife’s and my frames fitted. Dr De La Cruz was very pleasant and made our eye exams a fun experience. We’re really happy and grateful for our pleasant experience today.

Great experience with the Len Crafters Team and Dr. De La Cruz! We are loyal customers for more than 7 years! Everyone helped my husband and me pick out glasses and frames. They even took the time to help us navigate our insurance! They also adjusted our current glasses and now my frames finally don’t slip off my nose!!

This LensCrafters location always provides outstanding service. On my most recent visit Micah assisted me. She was very patient listening to my woes about my glasses slipping, being crooked and the earpieces pinching the back of my ears. She tweaked them until they fit perfectly. (For the past few months, I had been trying at Costco and at the optometry clinic that sold me the glasses to get them adjusted - with no success.) Thank you, Micah for the excellent service.

Picked out great lenses in store but it has been a downhill experience since. Have not been receiving updates and had to call multiple times myself to find out the delay. My glasses were supposed to be shipped to a lens crafters in NY but were instead sitting in the store for a week and a half. This is after I had confirmed with them over the phone that they were going to be shipped in a day or two. Particularly frustrating as I will be leaving the country for two months.

I and my wife had a really good experience here. My wife got a Ray ban prescription glasses done. Elvia at the store was really accommodating and helpful to her in the process. I will recommend this store to everyone.

Got an eye exam and new lenses/frames. Experience was quick and easy (and they had appointments on Sunday). Bertha helped me out in finding frames and getting the right measurements and made the process quick and straightforward regarding costs/insurance.

I came in today because my prescription sunglasses ha fallen off the top of my head and one of the lenses fell out. I was unable to get it back in the frame so wanted it fixed. Fantastic service! Bertha helped check us out. She was so friendly, and very knowledgeable. We talked for so long, and it was like we had known each other forever. Michah and Elvia the other staff members who also helped us were so sweet and we had great conversations. Dr. Neufeld was nice and took his time with our exams. Micah helped my husband try on contact lenses for the first time. Today we took my 9 year old boy for eye exam here. We were late by 10 mins however I called and ensured it was OK as they waited a ten minute window. The optometrist Dr. Del a Cruz is the worst I have ever seen. He did not want to hear me say anything about the child. He just said we dont have time and was so rude to the child and me. He was so rude to the child who was anxious about the test and also had language difficulties. He did not thoroughly test and put the child in such stress. We just managed to be patient and walked out. The optometrist was so unprofessional and is so tensed . He is not fit to work with patients. Horrible experience. Dont go here for an eye exam.

Great personalized service, staff greets with enthusiasm and makes you feel welcome and relaxed on a stressful situation. It is not enjoyable an enjoyable process normally to go and get glasses, spend your money, while painstakingly going through the motions and steps. When finally you get to the last steps you are tired and want to get out and go home, and that’s when Bertha comes in and helps and this is no longer a chore. With better spirits you now start to choose the options you like, and even gladly pay while she patiently and courteously guides you to the best options for you (and for your coverage). Keep it up!

Went in to our local Mountain View lens crafter store to check the work the bigger mall based store had done. Leslie was fantastic and checked the frame first and then remeasured the lens and is going to replace the lens free of charge and for the inconvenience throw in anti glare coating as well. All of this was done efficiently, professionally and to their protocol with a big smile and friendly manner. She was the same with the previous customer. I will not go back to the bigger store any more. Local is good if they are like Leslie. Thank you
