Car window was broken overnight. Called Mike the next morning when he opened, said he would have the window in the shop in a hour. I dropped it off at the agreed time, another hour later Mike had a new window installed in my car. All the glass was cleaned up to look like my window was never even broken. All this was done at a much much more reasonable price and faster than Safelite and the dealership. Should the need arise again, Ill be coming back here.

I brought my van for a window replacement, and I had taken apart my door to get the broken glass out. Mike put the door back together after he was done for no extra charge. I hope never to need his service again, but if I do, I will call Mike.

This place is great! Mike worked with my schedule to fix my front passenger window same day and he fixed it incredibly fast for $50 cheaper than other places I called.

Mike was amazing and professional!! I called for an appointment to replace my back windshield and he immediately booked me the very next day!  This was a huge relief as I had shattered glass everywhere and was at a loss to even begin the cleanup process.  Mike also gave me a much lower price than others and took control of my mishap!  The entire process to clean the car and replace the windshield only took an hour. Mike was very knowledgeable, friendly, and did an outstanding job!  If you want a job done quickly and done right, Mike is your guy!

Someone had smashed my car window and stole my purse while I was sitting inside the car. I called Mike and he gave me the best price so I went with him. I have a 2020 Miata which is the newest model at the time so it was hard to find the parts at all places but I was able to book an appointment within 2 days.On the day of the appointment, he told me it would take an hour to an hour thirty minutes. I got a call within 45 minutes telling me its done. I highly recommend Mike for a fast and easy service.

Talk about a nice guy! Very friendly service, very quick . I needed to replace my windshield before driving to Yosemite and Mike was nice enough to do it on a Saturday so I could be on my way in a more timely manner. I recommend this shop for anybody that needs windshield replacement or repair. If I’m in the area the next time I need a repair/replacement- I’m definitely coming back. I couldnt be happier with the value and service I got at Mikes. He was able to get me in same day after someone randomly busted a window out of my car and didnt even have the decency to steal anything. The whole job took slightly under an hour, and I got a much better deal than the other quotes I was able to get for the same replacement. OEM glass and a clean professional job all around. Mike wasnt particularly interested in talking, or super personable, but he did a damned good job on my car. Overall 5 stars - would absolutely go back, though I hope I dont need to.

Mike saved my day. My car glass got broken just before planned Tahoe trip. He agreed to start his day earlier to fix it, did a great quality work, and the price was reasonable (lower than quotes from other places which could not even do it on time). Super happy!

This is the best autoglass place in the area for sure. Mike is super fair and even cut me a dealonce because he felt bad about how expensive my rear side replacement window was. Hes fast, professional, and the quality and value cant be beat. Not a big talker, but hes the only autoglass guy Id go to.

This place is the best! I dislike cars and anything to do with them, so when the glass on the passengers side window fell down into the door while I was driving back home, it was definitely difficult and sad moment for me.I came here the next day. They quoted me Luckily cheaper than what I thought, it was a bracket not the motor that broke. Visit was a total of 1 hours without an appt. Best part: they only charged me almost coast of glass. Nothing extra for the work they did! I was beyond impressed with the service. I recommend everyone.

Ignore all the negative reviews. Mike got me in same day (good luck getting that with one of the name brands), was significantly cheaper, and done in an hour. Not much more you can ask for.

Tried to call about a mobile windshield replacement, which I thought I had gotten a quote for. Apparently they dont have that service-- I learned this from a man who screamed at me on the phone because he was so upset that I had thought they did mobile windshield repairs. I would have been willing to drive in to get my windshield exchanged, but had to hang up the phone because I couldnt get a word in through all of the screaming. Horrible experience. Anyone interested in repairs should go literally anywhere else.

Bad service, called in to get a quote to get 5 windows replaced and the guy was concerned that I would be spending more than what my vehicle is worth. Lazy guy, its not like Im asking him to pay for the services. I AM PAYING FOR WHAT IM ASKING. SHOULD NOT MATTER IF ITS MORE THAN WHAT MY TRUCK IS WORTH. HAS NO SENSE AT ALL.

I used to go the autoglass repair guys next to Pick-N-Pull, San Jose, when I needed a cheap autoglass. This time, I was lazy and didnt want to get dirty and lost in the crowd. Anyhow, I found this store online which was also at a convenient distance to my apartment. I gave them a call and got a quote. Surprisingly, their price was $75 cheaper than those so-called cheap guys, and their service was fast and friendly. What else I can ask for. I strongly recommend giving them a call before taking your business somewhere else!

If I could, I would give no stars.....This guy was horrible to deal with...something told me it was a too good to be true situation...told me to be there at noon, I am a AAA customer and they tried to verify him but he didnt answer the phone so they asked me to call them and hand the phone to him when I got there...he spoke to them like an a-hole, how long have you worked for AAA, etc. They told me to ask about his warranty as they didnt warranty his work..when I asked him about a warranty, he immediately became irritated and asked, you asking me about a warranty? you asking about my warranty? in a very confrontational tone...he then told me that he asked me to be there at noon, rudely, and I informed him that it was now 12:15pm...he then replied with well your glass aint even here yet..at this point everything in me told me to walk away from a bad situation about to get worse....I hope my post helps you all decide whether your need for fast service warrants your use of this guy/service.

Had to get my windshield replaced because hondas windshields are more fragile than the in case of emergency glass.The guy who ran the shop was kind of rude and not very pleasant to deal with, but he got it done within two hours and for $700 less than what the Honda dealer quoted me at.
