Phone number only gives you a recording, even during store open hours. Person doesnt answer. Recording sends you to UPS 800 number which isnt any help. Ugh!**Update: I was finally able to get through to a real person, and they gave me the info I was looking for. Thank you. One issue still remains: that you cant drop off a UPS package that already has a return label on it. Where I used to live you could do that at a UPS Store.

Garth Deems did an exceptional job for me. He packaged and transported a large set of speakers I had ordered online, strapped them onto pallets and arranged freight shipping finding me the best options. Above & beyond service!!!

They are friendly, professional, and very helpful. They take time to give you details and explain your options, and do a great job of working to understand your vision and guide you accordingly. Store is ran by Liberals, Cannot ship firearms or gun parts. i.e. MagazinesUse USPS its about the same price and they DO NOT ask what is in the box(which is none of there business.)

Ripped me off even after telling the clerk I had a UPS Account Number. Charged me $30 to print a UPS mailing label. She didnt even have to package the item being shipped, I did all the work. Next time Ill deal with USPS. At least they are up front and honest.
