Wakefield Music Academy has wonderful program music for any age. Their staff is friendly, and their price is affordable.I recommend this place. You will find professional music lessons there.

My whole family uses the teachers and resources. We have felt empowered and encouraged to blossom as musicians. Prior to finding the academy we had zero musical experience. The Wakefield Academy gave us a nourishing space of growth. Our 6 year old has been compassionately, gently challenged. A year and a half in and he can play Ode to Joy. The techniques used bring forth advanced theory and practice while simultaneously meeting each student where they are and their skill level. It is a non-pressure environment that makes anyone feel like they can thrive in music. This has helped my spouse and I to develop hobbies in guitar and piano. Its a blast! Thank you to the Wakefields, Dave, and everyone who makes this such a fantastic place.

Learning guitar after 50 is hard but Wakefields teacher Mr. Kirkland is experienced, challenging, and fun! Jam night is a relaxed setting to practice and learn for free!! If you are not sure about starting a new adventure in music go to a jam night and experience the teaching style relaxed and challenging.
