Great customer service. Really listens to what the customer wants and found it!So glad I decided to stay local and not go to a big brand name store. He calls me by my first name and recommended what I needed, not something hes going to make the most profit on and stayed well within our budget. You dont get that kind of service and in a big brand name store.

Great music store!! I bought my daughter a cheaper model violin on Amazon to make sure she actually sticks with it before going all out. I have no experience with violins Jim was able to bridge and tune it and gave us some better rosin. He also told me how to retune it and much more and recommend teachers as well!! Really nice guy!!

Very talented guitar mechanic and teacher. Ive had two acoustics overhauled here. They are serious crafts men. Also best prices around.

No Martins, Gibsons or Fenders. They do have Alvarez which is a top brand.

Square One does a great job with instrument set up and repair. Everything Ive ever taken there has come back perfect. They oalso offer LTD guitars and basses as well as Alvarez acoustic guitars which are some of my favorite. The perfect place to shop and take your instruments for TLC.

Only met the owner for a few minutes, while he was apparently behind the counter working on some repair work.He told me to take my time, and frel free to play as much a i wanted, so i took about an hour to check out each guitar on the wall,I could tell for both of the only two times i visisted this shop that he was working on an instruments fine tuning ajustmdemt as Ive done that rype of meticulous work of love to all my own guitars.But the first time i thought he was doing a refret, which i stil need to learn.None the less, I just wanted to mention however that all the guitars I took a little time to play, each had such incredibly good action and sound it was hard to not fall in love every single one of them.And the prices of these guitars was way lower than I expected for guitars that have that kind of extra work done before they are released to the customers.That was not a common thing to find in the several other guitar stores I have visited over my life time.I would highly recommend this place over any other for an acoustic guitar purchace. But dont take my word for it. Go to a guiyar center and take some time with their new and used pricie peices, then go over to square one and check out those guitars. Just sayin.I would rather recommend this place first though... then run back and hope the box you liked best is still hanging there.
