We had a pool installed about a month ago with Splash’s. There were hiccups along the way, as expected with any project like this, but we couldn’t be happier. Jess was always very responsive to questions or concerns and the whole crew did a great job with the install.

Never again! You build your business on lies! Gave us a down graded pool and expect us to pay! Palm Shore and Bristol are NOT the same! Just look it up. Bunch of thieves! Your threats are all well recorded! Just makes you wonder how many others were ripped off unknowingly!

I have had a great experience with Splash. The girls up there are very nice and informative. The guy that came and serviced my spa did a great job and was very thorough. I have no complaints and will continue to use them.

I give it 5 Stars for Splash Pool & Spa. I never went there before since i had my own swimming pool a long time ago as a little kid. My mom dont need a swimming pool because of that pool & spa cost lots of expensive. Someday i may come buy there. But not this year.

Was told pool tile person would show up between 1 and 3 on specific day. Waited and no call and no show. He showed up about 5 days later but I had already done the job myself. I have experienced this in past with different management but appears little has changed

Them girls in the store really do go above and beyond to help ya out. I had a emergency and the guys came right away. Very nice and professional, I will never use the the other guys again! THANKS SO MUCH SPLASH TEAM! YALL ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would not recommend this place. We went in to talk about getting an above ground pool. We already had dirt work completed and were ready to purchase. When we talked to the lady there, she gave us a business card and told us to go online and pick something out. They would call us with a quote and if didnt fit in our budget, they would recommend something else. That was all she did. We did not purchase a pool from them nor did we go online and get a quote for a pool. That business card went into the trash immediately. She obviously didnt want to make a sale.

This place use to be great when the older lady had it. You could call and get what ever it was you needed and now that they have rebuilt and new people running it you cant get nothing nor do they care to help. They suck!!!!

Ive been a Splashs customer for three years now, and I am still happy that I chose them. The employees are unfailingly good-natured and helpful, and any problems Ive had with equipment have been resolved.

Very helpful in letting us know how to keep our hot tub balanced and what we need.
