We have used Pool Pro to close our pool twice and open it once. They have been great.Now this year we have been waiting for almost 6 weeks to get our pool opened and still nothing. I don’t know what we have done?

Absolutely fabulous! These ladies were VERY helpful. I just bought a house that had a pool and that sums up everything I know about pools. Pool Pro took the time to visit with me and make sure I had everything I needed and then pointed out products sales and even directed me to where I can get pointers online as a DIY project. At no point did they hold their expansive knowledge hostage even though I wasnt hiring them to do the job for me. They have made a lifetime customer out of me. Ill be back for everything except beer and bread (until they offer that too). Thank you for being so professional and putting the customer first!
