I go there for water. I bring my own 5 Gallon bottles. The water dispenser is outside but covered from the weather. It is real convenient and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You cant ask for more than that.

Good tasting RO water at a fair price. Machines are on the outside and accessible 24 hours a day. Coin and 1 or 5 dollar feed. One side is set up for 1 gallon and 5 gallon the other is 5 gallon. Space is in a rain protected enclosure. Nice

Love our new water softener. Herby and his helper were professional and made sure all our questions were answered before leaving. Since the install my skin condition is healing better and my natural curly hair is softer without using more expensive product.Also, our appliances, bathtub and toilet seem to stay cleaner. Wish we would have installed one years ago

I can’t begin to express how happy I was to find Culligan of Mountain Home. Not only did they service our system but they took the time to explain how it works and what had happened. This was never done by the other Culligan Men. Herby and Daniel are awesome and know their business. I would highly recommend them.

Love Culligan! They are outstanding in customer service and am treated wonderfully! That is why I will stay with them because other places treated me with dollar signs in their eyes!

I CANT EVEN GIVE THEM 1 STAR. CULLIGAN REATTACHED OUR SOFTENER ON 2/12/19. SHORTLY AFTER RESIN STARTED APPEARING IN OUR WATER FROM THE SOFTENER. THE RESIN FROM THE SOFTENER HAS PLUGGED EVERY FAUCET, EVERY SHOWER HEAD, EVERY TOLIET, THE DISHWASHER, THE WASHER, THE REFIRGERATOR, NOT JUST ONCE, NOT TWICE BUT 3 TIMES! 5/8/19 CULLIGAN CAME OUT AGAIN, TOOK THE SOFTENER BACK TO THE SHOP, FILLED IT WITH RESIN, REINSTALLED IT, LEFT AND WITH IN 10 (AFTER I TURNED THE TUB ON) THE RESIN REAPPEARED AGAIN, SHOOTING THE RESIN EVERYWHERE. I CALLED CULLIGAN BACK AGAIN, THEY CAME IMMEDIATELY, UNPLUGGED EVERYTHING (KIND OF) WE HAVE HAD A PLUMBER OUT TO OUR HOME 5 TIMES BECAUSE OF THIS DISASTER!!!! TO UNPLUG OUR PLUMBING. THE LAST TIME THAT DANIEL CAME BACK AFTER THE FINAL STRAW, HE SIMPLY LOOKED AT ME AND SAID I AM SORRY AND LEFT!!!!!!!!! MY NEIGHBOR WITNESSED THE WHOLE THING. I HAVE SOFTENER RESIN EVERYWHERE, ON THE WALLS, ON THE BACKSPLASHES, ON THE FLOORS, IN THE TOLIETS, ON THE COUNTERS, EVERY FAUCET................I WILL NEVER CALL CULLIGAN AGAIN. THEY CLEARLY DONT HAVE A CLUE AS TO WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THE LAST TIME I CALL CULLIGAN IS WHEN I CALL CORPORATE!!!! DONT GET A CULLIGAN SOFTENER, THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO MAINTAIN THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT IN MOUNTAIN HOME ANYWAY!!!!!

Botva water softener from them 6 months latter they show up to pur salt in it and try to charge for a service call I did not have a service plan questioned them on this and said they made a mistake but still want me to pay told them no go pound rocks the true to take my paid in full water softener back until I pay 38.76 for there mistake they discovered that me and my friend Sig 40 had 15 reasions they were not taking it and why the were trespassers 2 weeks later the softener broke and they would not warranty it go fig

Went to self fill a 5 gallon bottle and theres no selection. Only 3 gallon and 1 gallon fill choice. So 3 pay transactions.

They are great to work with. There are no contracts and the people are nice. Plus, the water is great.

They were less than honesty with me. If they tell you that you need a new system, get another opinion.
