Great water, friendly service.

The WORST customer service. I tried for two months to get a large home delivery and I kept getting excuses how they forgot my order, they overloaded the driver, etc.. Needless to say, I never received the requested order in a two month period. They refused to call me and never let me know ahead of time that I wouldnt be receiving the promised order. When I finally found the number to call they continued to give excuses about why they cant deliver to me. Not customer service oriented at all- they dont care if they have your business and are apparently too busy or just dont care to take on new customers.
