I bought an alternator from you all last Saturday, and now I am having to replace said alternator because you sold me a faulty one. I broke down on the side of the road this morning with my toddler because the alternator killed my battery which is a brand new one! I am highly upset!!!

Manager would not assist shift manager who was super nice about trying to find our obsolete part. He ordered a part but it was wrong when it came in. Manager would not help him try to locate what we needed.

What a fantastic experience we had today. We are new in town and had car trouble this morning. We jumped it and got it running and ended up at AutoZone. Jerry, the store manager, came out to take a look. Not only did he diagnose the problem but also reached out to several stores to find a location that could offer the specific battery we had under warranty. We ended up getting buying a battery from AutoZone specifically because of the great customer service from Jerry. You got a customer for life.

Waited 4 days to get the wrong part after I was told it would be in the next day! Then they reordered the part only for it to be the wrong part again!!!

I was surprised they had what I was looking for but the did. The price was on the high end. The staff was very friendly and had a good knowledge of what the store had in stock.
