I stopped here for an oil change a couple months ago. Pretty quick, no problems. That is until I just stopped by the local oil change place today. I was informed that they couldn’t change my oil because the oil drain plug is rounded off and completely stuck on. Walmart rounded off the drain plug and probably stripped the threads.I’m going to be out a ton of money because now I have to have the oil pan replaced. I doubt I’ll ever get Walmart to pay for it because it was months ago. They didn’t even tell me they had stripped my drain plug. Learn to change your own oil like I have and never, ever go to this place.

I took a battery back to be replaced. After checking the battery and concluding it needed charging the TLE Manager never thought it was necessary to inform me it would take 60-90 minutes to charge my battery.After I got that info from an associate who just happened to come through that area, I left.Upon my return I was pleased to find that the battery was being replaced and promptly so.

It took them a while to check the battery but I was able to shop while it was getting tested so it was convenient and free

This location desperately needs help!! One person cannot handle the demand for service. Not friendly. At all! Slower than a sloth on ambien! Almost seems intentional. The last time I was there it took 3+ hours. I went today and was quickly reminded that I did NOT want to experience the same as last time, so I left. The Store Mgr. or the District Mgr. Should be blamed for not providing enough capable employees to take care of the customers.

Slowest service I’ve seen. Would only go there if I had to. No other shops open. There are plenty of better places to go. I won’t be back unless other places are closed and I have to.

Expect to wait...even after they finished and pulled my car around it was still 27 minutes before the girl inside could take my money because they hadnt put me in the computer yet.

Fast friendly service that cant be beat

The service manager is incompetent and has no idea what he has in stock. Wasted 3 hours of my time for him to tell me they only had 3 tires instead of 4.

A 7:00 am open time really means 7:10 or 7:15 to this staff.

Make sure you clear your schedule when you go in for a oil change because you only ever see 1 technician at a time
