It doesnt get a whole lot better than this. I emailed my flyers ahead of arrival to the store, and the staff was so fast and expert, they had sample prints ready for me to review while I was still explaining what I wanted at the counter. They did a beautiful job! My sincerest thanks to them!

I will NEVER TRUST UPS with overnight delivery again. My daughters surgeon called for a medication from Mallies Pharm. on Tuesday! It is now FRIDAY AT 6:17pm. and was just delivered.This medication is for PAIN. It Must stay refriderated and the ice pack is no longer frozen at all. Is it still safe? I dont know... Youd better hope so UPS. 😡

Thank you for you great service, I have no income no stimulas coming in and I was still able to fax and get a notary at low cost. The compassion that our local store has to help the community during the covid19 crisis is above and beyond what most businesses have offered!

They like to talk a lot about mail, and being open on Sunday right up until your package is sitting in Wenatchee, and you cant even go up and get it for them, and gotta wait till Monday for it to be delivered, and the lady behind the counter cant answer basic questions like when will the next shipment of mail come in.For the record, this review is complaint meant for UPS, the delivery service, AND the store. But thanks for reminding me to give a bad review to the delivery service as well. You know, seeing as how you see yourselves as separate entities.

I had a very important package that came in today I had to work so I wasn’t home and they left a note which was great on my lunch I went to see if I had received it but it needed a signature, I saw I missed it so I called the store to just ask if there was a chance I could pick it up there and the lady Lisa I believe her name was im not sure answered and I let her know I was just curious to see if there was a chance I could go there and she just responded very hesitant and said “umm if they left a note that says it’s here then it is if it doesn’t then no” she didn’t bother to ask for my teaching number to possibly help me locate it or understand she just said umm if the note doesn’t say then no. No help or even explanation very poor service and disappointed in her not even bothering to try and offer a tiny bit of help definitely will try to avoid this place as much as I can
