First package was damaged by these guys and shipped back to business without being notified. Business ships out a second package to me. Second package is now Operational DelayNo attempt made, delivery scheduled for next business dayGet your ish together.

My first time going to a FedEx in Moses Lake. Its quite a drive but the transaction was quick. Staff is nice. The place is clean.Though Google Maps sent me to a wrong entrance, I find the area a convenient location.

Easy in got package and was on my way. Its a pity that the post office is being difficult. They could learn a lot from FedEx.

Super nice and helpful staff. A bit odd that their overnight cut off is 4:30 when they are within eye sight of the airport, but great folks and that makes all the difference.

Very disappointed, went there with 3 different shipments had 28 fragile items to out in the 3 boxes and they didnt attempt to try and help package anything but was sure to charge for every single piece if stuffing I found out I had to purchase, definitely not returning Ill be going to a different office the serves the customer better.... She literally stood there talking to a co-worker and watched me while there was ZERO other customers there besides me!

Had a package that required a signature with a before 8pm delivery time. I stayed home as long as I could, then had a family member at the house until 5 pm when I returned home to find an attempted delivery tag on the door. The family member never heard a knock at the door, and I received no phone call. Other shippers will at least try the phone number printed on the shipping label. The door tag said I could pick up the package at the Moses Lake facility after 5 pm. What they didnt say was that the facility closed at 5:30 pm! So I drove an hour only to go home empty-handed. An attempt to contact them via phone resulted in a 30 minute waste of time with the 800 number customer service people who were extremely rude, condescending and difficult to understand. Now I get to waste another 12 hour window waiting for them. Guess Id better sit in the driveway so I dont miss them...From now on I will stick with one of the other parcel delivery services.

Super helpful staff, very friendly. Always able to provide very fast, professional service with no problems. If there are glitches or delays, they post them ASAP which is so useful. Ive used other locations in other cities & states that take 10+.minutes just to scan in a preprinted, prepaid label to give.me a receipt. Moses Lake FedEx is the best.

Have received all of my packages through UPS seems like Fedex couldn’t manage to get one measly package to the right location, and let someone else sign and get a hold of my package.. thanks Fedex happy holidays!

Cant seem to deliver on time... despite being 5 minutes from my house. Every other week for 3 years. I have an overnight delivery. Lately its been more late than on time.

Be careful when using your credit/debit card there! They will DOUBLE charge you. We paid for three packages on the day we shipped them, and later that week we were charged for the same packages again. And it is such a PAIN and LONG process to get your money back!

Shipping sucks. Cant contact them. Cant pick up at facility and delivery on bad hours only.

I paid my item for fedex overnight shipping and waiting at home all day long. then found out the Delivery exception message on fedex tracking web page: Customer not available or business closed. nobody knocked on my door and no door tag left. wasted my time and my money, terrible experience with them

They will DOUBLE charge you if you are using your credit/debit card. And it is not easy to prove that they charged you twice for the same package. Very disappointed ☹️

Received my package 3 days later than I was suppose to and the box was completely smashed flat with the DNA kit inside being destroyed...
