The service department is very friendly! The oil change and tire rotation only took 50 minutes. On arrival I was told it might take 1.5 to 2 hours so 50 minutes was great! Four stars because their car wash (I was informed) that it could scratch paint. Why dont they give a car wash coupon? Other dealers offer this option? The waiting room is clean and offers coffee or water

Up until this days experience, I liked bud clary. I did not authorize certain work to be done that was done and I know I did not need air filters or cabin filters replaced because I just did them 2 weeks prior when I did my oil change for the winter. I only dropped off my vehicle for a water pump. If Im reading paperwork properly that was only costing me $630.32. But further down after multi point inspections theyve decided to replace 2 filters amounting to $99.90. And who charges $25 per filter to install them?Im hoping I get reached out too because my filters were brand new. Plus, in the past, Bud Clary techs have always asked if they can replace a filter before doing so even when Im not at the shop. And they will show why it needs replaced or evidence. I was given no evidence or contacted. My only thoughts is some how they got ruined and didnt want to call me before replacement.

Lovely experience! Went in not even knowing what I really wanted all I knew is I wanted a new nice car, and when I got here Gustavo was waiting on me with a nice Toyota Venza and took us on drive. Drove from Spokane at the last minute on a Sunday afternoon and arrived at the dealership at 4:30pm. They close at 5 and still wanted to help my wife and kids and me. With out a doubt we will be back to work with the sales team here. All were amazing.

This was a disaster…. Took them 3 weeks to fix my car they told me it was a 2 day quick fix. Called them 2 days later and asked me if I could bring the car in? I told them my car is with you guys…. They said oh okay we will let you know when it’s ready. I called them 4 days straight they wouldn’t answer the call in service. I had a terrible experience here not knowing how the process was going? Don’t recommend it.

We just bought a new Highander Hybrid. Everyone we worked with was great. Most of the details were worked out via email and text as I had time between work meetings. Johnny and Adrianna were pleasant and helpful. We put down a small deposit and then just had a wait a few days as the vehicle was still on its way from the factory.While were waiting for the vehicle to arrive from the factory, they FedExd all the docs for us to sign so that we could review at our leisure and when it was time to pick up the vehicle, the hand off of paperwork and the check was smooth and fast. No waiting, no back and worth backroom conversations with the manager. It was just a nice, easy transaction.

It should not take 3+ hours to change and balance a new tire and do an oil change. Not to mention when using our credit card they charged us a 3% fee. If we had been told that I would have gone to the bank to get cash. When ordering the tire from parts, we were quoted $340, expecting that to be the installation and balancing, because the parts department never added any other fee, well the whole tire transaction came to $540, then another 3% for credit charge, I assume that charge would also apply to debit. So, we will be going to another Toyota dealer and maybe we will get better service.

I had the most awesome experience with Bud Clary Toyota Moses Lake. They were extremely thorough, kind, and honest about everything going on with my car. Didn’t try to upsell me or suggest things that just were not necessary. I will be going here for all of my car needs that they are able to provide. I’ve been trying to find a nicer older Toyota with low miles and they had one. The only problem was how to get a loan with little down and needing a lower payment. A number of employees helped me and they were very efficient and fast. I am very happy with Bud Clary and his crew!

Unfortunately my family has had kind of a sad experience with bud clary Toyota of Moses lake. About 2 years ago I went with my dad who had liver cancer to get a 2018 Toyota Camry hybrid that was going to be kind of the family cancer car because not only did he have cancer but so did his wife (my mom) and his 7 yr old grandson (my son). All of which were making a 4 hr drive to Portland for treatments, some as much as twice a week. So we all thought a hybrid getting 50 mpg made since. Well unfortunately my dad passed a week later and somehow the purchase didn’t quite go threw so they came and grabbed the car. My dad and I gave them a down payment on top of a trade in. They listed the trade in for $5k more then they gave us. Listed the new Camry for $1k more then the price we agreed to purchase it for. The car did have miles put on it for the time we had it but clearly they made their money. So I told my mom to make sure the lawyer looked into down payment so it could either help with the funeral or her transportation to her own treatment. Well I just recently discovered from a conversation this last week that they decided not to refund the down payment and the lawyer never looked more into it. It is what it is but I figured hey I should probably put this out there so people understand the way they do business so they don’t find themselves in this situation.Thanks for reading god bless

I had my Tacoma serviced at Bud Clarys yesterday and had a great experience! Krystle was awesome, very friendly, informative, a real pro. She knew what she was talking about and how to explain the condition of my fluids and filters. She even brought my filters and fluid samples to me in the waiting area to show me the condition. This tells me that Krystle and the tech working on my truck know what they are doing.The service price is also cheaper there than other chain lube stores. He was not that pushy car salesman that we all despise but rather listened to what I had to say and did everything in his power and then some to check every box! Service department is a joke. My family has bought two vehicles from this dealership, sales team is the complete opposite as they are one of the most accommodating and helpful people. We service one of our vehicles at this dealership frequently. Most recently we noted a foul smell and upon inspection of the engine area, the oil cap was not screwed on and oil was all over the engine. This being a fire hazard we tried contacting the dealership. All morning long we tried getting in contact with a manager but no one was available. Excuse after excuse was made. There was one lady who had zero customer service and was not friendly at all kept telling us that we never serviced the vehicle there. All we ever wanted was accountability in the issue and the engine cleaned and double checked for safety. When we have proof of having the vehicle serviced here and then trying to lie yourself out of it is not a good business model. We had to take a day off work to fix this issue that couldn’t of been prevented.

Bud Clary dealership is very helpful and does not pressure sell you. Kevin Koker was a delight to work with and was extremely helpful. He is knowledgeable about the vehicle you are looking at and goes way above and beyond to get you what you want. He even came in on his day off to help us because it was the only day we had available. I am very impressed with the integrity and willingness they strive to achieve. Buyer be ware! Went to Bud Clary Toyota in Moses Lake to buy a commuter car for work just wanted a reliable car that was good on gas. Ended up buying a 2021 corolla hatchback it drove nice and fit what I was looking for. Before going in to fill out the finale paper work I specified I wanted the lowest payment possible and did not want any additional warranty or protection packages immediately I was given option for just that. After a discussion about gap insurance being a conflict of interest to obtain through my own insurance i agreed to purchase gap insurance through the dealership. What I did not know because it was never talked about through the entire process was I also purchase a 3,380.00 extended warranty. I had to go back the next day to get the brochure that explained what I unknowingly purchased. The general manager Jason found it amusing I was upset about the additional warranty I had not planned on getting and actually wanted me to wait around until the finance guy was available so he could explain it to me keep in mind he said nothing about it the day I was actually buying the car. This was a very costly mistake on my part and the folks at Bud Clary were more than happy to take advantage of me.

After an incredibly poor experience with an Ephrata used car salesman, these guys were able to set me up with a newer car with a lower interest rate and provided a real human to human interaction! I probably wont deal anywhere else.

On a road trip we ran over a loose tire tread. It damaged our skid plate, which was dragging on the road under the car. We drove into Bud Clary and they removed the damaged skid plate, inspected our car and verified there was no additional damage. And they didn’t charge us a cent! Many thanks to all at Bud Clary and especially to our service advisor Krystle Bond for taking such good care of us.

I bought a Rav4 11/13/2020. I have taken it back 4 times to get audio media working. At least 1 hour each time. It’s 35 miles for me each time. 12/2/2020 still not working. It is very frustrating as was sold vehicle equipped with this. Was one of selling points. I will not purchase another vehicle from here nor do I recommend it. Salesperson nice but not knowledgeable.Took back to Toyota. Bottom line told it was equipped with the GPS but wasn’t. Too bad for us!We have also had our Camry at Bud Clary Toyota to be fixed. It is now going on 8 weeks. Every time we call about it someone is always going to be working on it. To date it sits in their parking lot with the dash all torn apart. Never again will we do business there. We feel we have been lied to. Mechanics going to come in or they are out sick. Very frustrating. Not sure what happened to the days businesses care about their customer service.
