Will always refer to this place. They even made financing super easy, we did the bank financing. I am sure the buy here pay here would be just as easy though.

In all the service wasnt to bad, I was interested in buying a car from the lot, salesman was going to give me a great trade in deal however something popped up on the carfax which wasnt a deal breaker yet, the salesman said he was going to get a mechanic to look at it and get back to me, that was 2 weeks ago and I still havent heard from him, I decided to take me cash and trade in to another lot that wanted to sell me a car. I am not going to say anything bad just be cautious and if your looking to get into a auto right away maybe look elsewhere

I tried to work with them nicely for 2 months for parts they promised to order me before we purchased the vehicle. He got on the phone and acted like he was ordering the parts. Told us they told him they would be there Thursday. Thursday came and went a lot of Thursdays came and went parts were never ordered for the vehicle ever. Vehicle broke down the first week of having it they didn’t want to help at all. But the told me with giving us papers we had this warranty. It’s way past 6 months still no parts that was at the sale time given to us. Also I had to call, go in all the time they do not do anything the promise to do. He also got so rude in every way. It has been nothing but a night mare working with them. They have no care about the customer at all. I also got a ticket because they wouldn’t get me my plates. It was way over the paper on the window and I went in more then once to try to get them. They always have a excuse on why something hasn’t been done. I had to stay at their dealership in demand for my plates to be put on my car as I wasn’t going to go another month without them. We would have been a repeat buyer completely if we were treated right. So at the end of the day lesson learned if you want a good dealership go somewhere else if you want dealership to repeat to buy a vehicle that will treat you right for customer service go somewhere else if you want your parts go somewhere else if you want your vehicle to still be running go somewhere else. If you want plates on your vehicle and not a paper one that is completely not outdated go somewhere else. Save yourself the hardship. Oh let’s not forget I called with asking them to trade the vehicle from me for another one and that phone call to get back to me is still 4 months waiting still. Of course I’ll never get a phone call as I was the one always having to chase them down for simple things they should have done for me.

I love the process, I have always passed by this place and I had always loved the car they have on display. As soon as I walked in and took a test drive on the dodge I fell in love. I had to get this car as soon as possible, came back the very next day. The people there are lovely. I dont normally rate places but I would 100% recommend this place if youre trying to buy a car.

Roman and Omar went above and beyond any expectations I could of imagined when I bought my car from them a few days ago. For one I thought for sure that they wouldnt take my old car as a trade in cause of the condition. I was wrong and got more out of it than expected. Second I was able to test drive the car I wanted for a fair amount of time and was able to take it to my mechanic. He said it was a great running and very clean car but needed tires and an oil change. Roman put 4 new all season tires and had the oil changed with the specific oil I wanted free of charge the same day. Also they went as far as to really blow my mind by covering the interlock switch I had to do between vehicles. That was $150 that I thought for sure would of came out of my pocket. All in all I highly recommend these guys. I knew them before they were in auto sales when they worked for their Dad that owns The Tire Store across the street. I always went there for my tires because of the good service and great deal. Now I will always hit up Best Buy Auto Sales when I need a new car. 10 Star service and no high pressure salesmans!!! Nice people no doubt however they used their kindness to purposely sell me a bad car. i went to them the following day with concerns about the vehicle they completely blew me off sent me to there dads shop across the street only to ignore my concerns after i had took it to a specialist, i took the car back after i followed up with outside mechanic specialist with codes in hand they again refused very polity to take me serious all this during my 7 day grace period, shortly after within 2 weeks from my last visit with them my car broke down on my way to othello i then made contact for the 5 time only to be brushed off and dismissed by them and the mechanic they sent me to. well needless to say i was not happy with my service i believe i had reached the extent of giving them time and opportunity to do right by me and they chose not to i then took the car to a specialist again for a whole diagnostics not just a look over only to find out that they purposely sold me a bad car when i then reached out to them again they tried selling me a car on top of the car i had just financed yeah i would stay clear of them they are very deceptive, and manipulative dealership

Great place to buy a car for an affordable price. I worked with Roman and hes a very ambitious worker. He hooked me up with a good first car with a good price. Then continued to help me out even after the purchase. I got a free full tank a free car wash. Not only that but the check engine light was on and he offered to take the vehicle to the mechanic for no extra cost for me. Turns out they had to replace head gasket and he paid for the whole bill which was almost $1k. Glad I came by this place. Definitely plan on coming again when Im ready to upgrade.

It’s very easy to feel comfortable here. I walked out with a 2009 Tahoe Hybrid, which had a new motor placed in it on day one and I couldn’t be happier. Very honest wanted to look at a Journey they had asked to test drive it Roman told me right away it had a tick but you could barely hear it. Then looked at a Chrysler Town & Country same thing told me there was a tick you could barely hear it told me not to be fooled by how quiet the 2 vehicles were. Noticed it had cracked windshield mentioned it he said he’d get it fixed if I were gonna but it. Asked if he had vehicle to seat 8 he introduced me to a Cadillac Escalade I fell in love! Good thing is they are good for their word Roman told me if something goes wrong whether I’m still paying on it or full outright own it if something goes wrong I buy the part they fix it free. Didn’t have my lease agreement but he said he would figure something out which he did because today we take it home! Thanks Roman when we need tires or something, we will be going to your dads Tire Store!

I recently bought a pickup a couple days ago from here. I was really pleased that Roman was more concerned that I was satisfied with the vehicle and worked with us on the price. He disclosed a few minor things the vehicle had and was not pushy about selling it to us. Upon purchase, he filled up the tank, had the tire pressure checked, and even checked for a spare tire. No spare tire was there and he proceeded to order one. I am overall very pleased with the service I received.
