They were polite, helpful, and fast!Im from out of state I called and asked if they could squeeze me in because my tires were concerning me. Knowing the situation they squeezed me into their schedule as soon as the could, I didnt even have to wait any longer than half an hour before a professional was able to inspect my vehicle! They were able to rotate my tires as well as complete a full inspection of my suspension.Their price was MORE than fair!I appreciated their consultation and if I lived here I would most certainly bring my vehicle back to them again.

Took my vehicle in for an engine replacement. They did not replace the engine. They replace my seals, poured stop leak in it, and hoped I wouldnt notice. Do not take your vehicles there. They also broke my radiator and charged me for a new one, when I had just had a new one installed a year prior. When I got my vehicle back from them, my entire electrical system was out. Radio was shot. Windows no longer worked. All my electrical worked when I rolled it in for engine repair. They said for more money, they would fix the electrical issue. No thanks. 👎 There was almost no gas left in it when I got it back, I had to immediately pull off and fill it up with gas so I didnt run out. At least my gas gage worked. 🙄.No I wont change my post, or take it down. I have all the evidence and pictures of what was done, and not done. I have receipts for the services as well. If you threaten things online, you might want to be at least certain in your bluster.

Incredible service. Came and helped out my wife who broke down 2 hours away from home. They stayed after hours and towed my wifes car to their shop. Replaced her alternator so she could get home safe. We even offered a tip but they refused. Such great guys. Cant recommend enough. Thank you Martinez Auto!

Do NOT go here for any repairs, took a car to have it looked at, they asked for a down payment, six days later they demanded 1000$ to look at the engine, when we asked for a refund, they pulled the radiator coolant feed without saying anything as we left. Didnt find out till we got home only to see my coolant leaked across the street. Did not fully refund, looking to possibly seek legal action.

Done lots of work on my autos and trucks have no problems with stuff they fix.

I called and they made time to check out my car and take it for a test drive outta their busy day. All other shops gave me a three week wait just to look at my car. They were most definitely nice. They adjusted the pressure on my tires let me know a few things and let me go without saying I needed to dump cash into the car. Appreciated them a lot! For sure plan on doing business with them in the future

Had an issue on the interstate and stopped by. They knew exactly what to do and had us back up and running in no time. Highly recommended.

Buddy of mine broke down outside of Moses Lake and we had his car towed there on a Saturday. They told him that they were extremely busy and might not be able to work on it. we explained to the owner that we are in the military and were trying to get to our duty station and he was able to make an exception and complete a same-day repair. The owner bent over backwards to make it work for us and we felt very appreciated.

Brought my toyota celica gt here to have a watee pump replaced. They did a quality job. In a timely manner. I would definitely gi here again when needed. And yes I do recommend them!! Awesome!!

I never do reviews but thank you to Benjamin for squeezing my car in on Saturday afternoon for an oil change. I had 3 days to get to Vegas from British Columbia and 200km left before I needed an oil change. I was leaving from a small town and no where could fit me in so I decided to just get one on my way down to make some distance. When I got into Moses Lake, Valvoline and Walmart wouldnt take my car because it was lowered leaving me screwed as it was Saturday afternoon and everything is closed Sunday. Plus I needed to make as much distance as I could before my flight on Tuesday morning. I found Martinez auto shop, the only shop open on Saturday in the area and Benjamin fit me in and got me back on the road quickly. If it werent for him I would have missed my flight . Benjamin and the receptionist Jenny were both very respectful, reliable and just overall down to earth people. I even got them to add to my collection of signitures on the roof of my car of cool people I meet on my travels. Who ever the supervisor is he forgets deals he makes with other people. Doesnt tell his secretary anything so then theres confusion. This place is more for like quick cheap repairs. I have had many friends with the same problem with this shop first and last time im going
