I was very pleased with the fast, but successful service. Christian did a great job and very friendly service!

Originally I contacted another local service and got no response. I went online and was able to schedule same day service for three rock chips. I was doubtful they would make it here to Moses Lake since the main office is in Pasco. I received an email immediately giving me a time estimate. Then the driver called about an hour later from Ephrata stating about the time he would arrive. Asked that I get the sun and heat off the windshield. I also received a text on his arrival. I put up a pop up canopy and covered the area in front of my vehicle and placed a fan to help cool it down before Paul (the service tech) arrived. He checked the three chips, said no problem and set his equipment up. The windshield was still too warm, so he cooled it some more with an aerosol glass cleaner and then was able to do the job. Kudos to Paul for enduring the heat of the day and doing the job. I’m happy with the service and with the finished job.

How do you talk to an actual person? It says all appointments are scheduled online but if you have a question youre SOL! It sucks!

I had called several places for my glass replacement. Satellite was the first provider to say, we would be happy to replace your windshield today. They came right over. They did a great job and had the best price. I highly recommend them.

Couldnt get an appointment because I did not have an email kind of sad but oh well.
