No complaints whatsoever. I rented a space from them for 20 months, so I would have a place to store some spare auto parts. One time, I left my unit unlocked, and they called me to report the unlocked unit within 30 minutes! The place was always clean, the service was always good, and when I finally vacated today, Malcolm and Ange were great. I would definitely store with them again.

I had the opportunity to have Evelyn help me as i was planning on vacating my space as of the result of the cost and I found a much less expensive space at another facility however, after telling her this she offered other spaces slightly smaller and more affordable. the space was very close to my current space so i was able to move and switch all account info the same day within an hour. Then I started getting no payment emailsI had to come in to the office and Evelyn was very patient and walked me through setting up an account and making the payment. Large and clean facility. Gerardo helped me find the most suited storage to rent at my desired budget. He showed me few options and it was cool to use the company little car on premises, made showing the options much easier and comfy. I worked with Nick this morning while renting a storage unit. He was super helpful in getting me the right size to fit my needs. The price was very reasonable as well. A quick note, they do require that you buy the renters insurance, so the quoted price will be lower than the amount you actually pay per month. But honestly, I should have expected that. The facility is large and well maintained. The front office, clean and organized. I feel good about our choice to use Public Storage.

I would recommend this location to anyone who needs a storage rental. Weve been customers here for many years and recently transferred to a smaller unit. Gerardo and Chris were two employees who were very helpful in saving us money and helping us find a smaller space. Amazing place stored my summer car here got the garage, it was nice and big. The hours are flexible to come and do your thing with the storage. People are very friendly. Manager Evelyn helped me at the beginning and Aubrea helped at the end to close the storage. Highly recommend this place will be coming back next year

My experience with Evelyn was stellar to say the least at this Morton Grove location. Professional, courteous, and straight forward with everything explained upfront. At half the cost of their nearest competitor, it was an easy choice.

All my needs here are met with professional and accommodating service. the place is super clean, the carts you get to use are great. the temperature control in the building is great, ive used other indoor storage spaces that still get very cold in the winter, but not this one.I feel secure having my stuff stored here, especially since the staff are always so helpful and friendly. One time my car got stuck in the snow in a part of the lot that wasnt yet plowed since the snowstorm hit that very night (totally my fault), and one of the employees actually helped me push my car out of it so i could avoid calling a tow truck. These people go above and beyond in their service and Im always grateful for it.

The lady in front desk helped us with the storage. I did pay over $17 for the lock, and she did not say that it was optional. she made it sound like I had to get it from there.other than that she was police and walked us to the storage area and everything went smoothly. The facility was very clean. Molly called to see if I was happy with the experience, but I did not call her back.

They just changed their hours so that they close between 5 and 6pm depending on the day. It used to be 9pm. With the new hours you basically can’t get to your Unit when you want to. Definitely considering cancelling my contract here.

Hey let’s cut the customers access hours from 6am to 9 pm to 930am-6pm. Because people who store their stuff don’t have jobs during those times...this place is a JOKE. They’ll increase your rent every year for upkeep, yet the gate is always breaking down, the door doesn’t have a stopper on it. There is a rock just inside the hallways if you want to use it to hold the door open. All I know is that my unit is 90% empty and I can’t wait to ditch these crooks.

The service here is excellent. When I came in I had forgotten my code and right away the associates were very quick to help me out. They were also very pleasant and polite. Thank you again for the great service Joe, Evelyn, and Molly.

I went into this place to get boxes and the manager Roger was very helpful and friendly. he asked me if I was moving and I said yes, he showed me all the items I might need and I got what I needed.I went to another place to get boxes at first and the boxes werent strong enough.I am glad I came to Public Storage. Molly & This Storage Facility on Waukegan Rd in Morton Grove are quite simply AWESOME! When I 1st set up my Storage Locker, Molly was extremely patient and helpful with me. She took the time to make sure I chose the correct size Locker. Everything fit just perfectly and I feel I didnt waste time or $$$ selecting the wrong size.The facility itself is well maintained and very accessible to moving my stuff.If you need to store your forgetables and live in the area, you wont go wrong with this Public Storage.
