I have never finished a SB coffee because its never perfect . . . But WOW!! Today I received what a coffee should taste like, right to the last drop! Whoever made my Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew : 1 pump white mocha : Caramel drizzle @ 3:00:52 you my friend are a SUPERSTAR, thank you! 😋

This location is wonderful, but I dont understand why the music is super loud. When this location was under construction I was going around many other Starbucks locations and I have never heard music being this loud. I go to this location at-least once a day and I hear everyone complains about the music being super loud.

Its Starbucks. Consistent product and service. The drive-thru lanes layout in terms of the parking lot is a wreck. When this store is busy it surly creates havoc in the parking lot. Thanks!

Just a shame. Go to Starbucks every morning first time coming to this location very dissatisfied. Not only were they out of everything I tried to order but made my coffe wrong then tried to tell me I ordered it wrong then had to ask me 4 times what food item I got and told them then after I was rudely yelled to by the guy dropping off the sandwich and when I got it realized they gave me the wrong sandwich I didn’t wanna deal with this staff anymore and just dealt with it. Wouldn’t recommend. Waste for 14$ I can tell you that

Just a heads up that their hours are constantly varying so check in the app to make sure that theyre still open when you plan to visit!Drive-thru layout sucks honestly, but thats the malls fault and not theirs. Employees are insanely kind, sweet, and hardworking! This is my favorite location to go to even though their hours are always changing. Absolutely 5 stars for the best and most understanding employees who always have a smile that you can even hear through the drive-thru order screen microphone!

I went in the morning, the drive thru lane was overwhelming. The lane kinda blocks you in and you can leave it. If the lane is too long, definitely go inside, dont get stuck in the drive thru lane.

Most the partners in this location are friendly & welcoming. My only issue is that the drink I usually get for my husband didnt taste good the last time I was here. Will try again soon.

Shout out to the ladies on the night shift. They always greet me with a smile and positive attitude and they always get my drink right. I drive trucks at night, 10-11 hours every night. Those extra shots definitely help me get thru the night. Keep up the great work!

This Starbucks is one you must walk into. The atmosphere the staff brings it is so inviting. Each member of the staff goes out of their way to deliver the best CUP OF JOE or whatever you desire. The manager Jason Colhoon goes above and beyond for anyone that walks through the doors. Thank you Jason & his fellow team members that make it so wroth coming in & grabbing a cup of coffee.

So I gave this Starbucks a great review 2 months ago because it was great!! Now smh its bad...just bad. I get there this morning,the store wasnt open. I saw the staff show up at between 5:29 & 6 to somewhat get it open.. There were a few dozen people that came and left because the doors werent open at 5: 30 like the new hour sign says. Dont know whats going on but wow...

Thus specific location is great, they even know my order by heart, helps me get in and out quick, thanks guy!!! Youre greatly appreciated.

I don’t normally take the time to review a quick-order National chain, because you typically know what you’re getting. But this Starbucks location was outstanding by every measure. The staff was extremely friendly and got my coffee order correct. The service was the fastest I’ve ever had at the chain, and the barista was friendly and double checked to make sure I was happy with the order. Above and beyond, whomever is running this location managed to hire the right people and keep them happy and it shows.

Although the service is great, this Starbucks is ALWAYS sold out of their bakery/food. I am not even over-exaggerating I am there pretty much everyday and 9 times out of 10 I leave unsatisfied. To the people who run this Starbucks, you guys know your sales, so why cant you order more food!?? It is extremely frustrating.

A whirlwind of orders and not enough staff to keep up. I have been to this location several times and it is consistently busy. The floor is littered with scraps, the tables are sticky, and the trash is overflowing; not the Starbucks standards I am used to. However, despite the flurry of activity, the baristas are friendly, efficient, and have taken the time to help me get exactly what Im in the mood for.Not a location to stop and linger, more get in and get out.

We just grabbed coffee here, I just had to get on here and tell everyone how awesome it is getting a coffee from Val. This dude has the best attitude and shows such enthusiasm. Literally changed my evening for better.

Good drive thru experience. The line moved pretty quickly, baristas were friendly, drink was perfect. Looking forward to coming back and checking out the inside. One caveat, I could see traffic jams in the future as the entrance to the drive thru and the amount of line space isnt that big. Plus cars entering from both directions and the potential for left turners to cause a backup beyond the entrance road, and a very sharp turn for right turners, Ill be curious to see what happens.

Hands down my favorite Starbucks location! The staff is super friendly! I stop by almost every Wednesday around 8:20am & Friday morning a little before 5:30. The ladies in the morning are so nice! Artona I think her name is, is simply the best! This morning 02/26/2021 Kayla took my order of a venti cold brew with white chocolate mocha & cream and she took the time to write “You are amazing” on my lid. Of course I didn’t notice until I was at work but it simply made my whole entire day! I will always make the time to come to this Starbucks before work because they NEVER fail to get my order right, I have been to other locations and it’s not the same as it is here. Great location with the best staff!

This is my new go-to Starbucks location! So happy they did the renovations and made a drive-thru. Its super clean and all the employees Ive ran into/received service from are all super friendly and really good at following Covid-19 protocols. The one thing I would think is a con about this place is the long lines/wait time at the drive-thru during their peak hours (think AM, noon and wknd when its nice out), but Im OK with it when Im not rushed especially for the convenience. Also, this is the closest drive-thru location around here so Im grateful for it (next one is in Skokie where the Yellow Line is at!).

Always liked Starbuck.Want to comment on the the way the driveway was constructed- not very efficient. Can cause traffic within the mall. Maybe the village or that construction people should take a look at the entrance to the driver through.

This drive thru was pretty busy but the line went fairly quick. Not the best location to get in and out though and hard to get back on Dempster going west.

If I could rate zero I would. Ordered via app. Drinks done on time, however food was not AVAILABLE. They said app error. Had to go elsewhere to eat. Drinks cold by the we got food elsewhere

People are complaining there is a long drive - thru line but what do you expect? It’s Starbucks, it’s mostly everyone’s favorite coffee shop. The employees are so sweet here and are very patient especially with my Starbucks order. I love this place. I come here everyday before going to work. Impeccable customer service and they are very sweet.

Apparently Starbucks has hired 5 yr olds to take customer orders. After touching money she grabs the rim of my cup with her dirty hands to scribble on my cup. Still waited 15 minutes for a simple coffee with no one else in line and then it was given to me all wrong! Im always reminded why I never come to this location. The absolute worst Starbucks location I have visited anywhere in the world. The only thing you are guaranteed here is your coffee screwed up and the worst customer experience. Since the bulldozers are on the lot, they might as well level this place too. The crew at Lake & Waukegan rock!

Hours of operations are inconsistent

Starbucks is McDonalds with coffee. No more pro baristas that are actually skilled at a craft. Between on line ordering and walk in orders, they cant keep up. I always seem to forget these things and wander back in. Incredibly long waits for a simple black coffee, and orders for other items are consistently messed up or forgotten all together. The time is right for a new, real, coffee shop to step up and push Starbucks to the sidelines.

In the haze of an early morning pre-hospital shift coffee order, I had accidentally sent my order (of multiple drinks/food) to the wrong store, these angels still fulfilled my order after viewing my receipt.

I have been a customer at this location for years and I love the staff and their hospitality but I feel very bad for the treatment the staff receives by the customers. I have witnessed customers using racial comments to insult staff members, I have seen customers throwing stuff at staff and threaten to come back and hurt them. I saw a customer grab the hand of one of the staff members and try to hit her with a tip box. As much as I love going to starbucks, I no longer feel comfortable going to any starbucks location due to the fact that some people feel so entitled to go as far as threaten and assault the employees. Starbucks needs to step up and protect their employees from being put in this type of environment. It seems as if they allow this to happen so they would not lose customers.

Had my first starbucks ever here the other day. The coffee was great people were friendly. But 4 bucks for black coffee was a pinch. But still enjoyed it.

Very long drive through line.

Ive never had an issue at this Starbucks before, it was one of my favorites, but not anymore. I ordered a mobile order and went to pick it up. It wasnt ready so I waited 20 minutes before asking about my order. I then politely asked the baristas where the other half of my order was. They accused me of trying to get a free drink even after I showed them the receipt on my phone with the time stamp. They reluctantly made my drink and gave me a dirty look as I left. I didnt catch any of their names, but I will make it a point to avoid this starbucks from now on.

Honest and hard working baristas !!I went yesterday on a Saturday night. Two employees handling many impatient angry customers. I left feeling bad for them, but thankful for my soy latte.I also LEFT MY PURSE THERE, and didnt realize till the next morning! I called and they had it. All my money, wallet and papers were in there, they wouldnt take my reward @ first, but I insisted. So grateful for HONEST PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD!Thank you to two gentlemen working there. You know who you are. It speaks volumes of what kind of people you are off the clock.

Its one of the better Starbucks that you know youre getting your drink consistently exactly as you order it. The service is great, friendly staff. The only problem and reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 -- they are out of Chocolate Croissants almost every time I go there (very frequent / daily) unless youre there in the early AM -- and I live off Caramel Frapps & Chocolate Croissants.

This is a well run store but I always have to ask them for my online orders. I want to be able to get in and out without having to deal with anyone sometimes.

Today @1:50 delusional blonde lady wanted to charge me for extra foam Because I asked her to give me a tall drink in a grande Cup . I understand charging me for extra shot or extra caramel but for extra foam? I thought that she’s joking but she spent a few minutes building up the line behind me to convince me that milk and foam cost money. What a customer service.

Every Starbuck is the same only different. Same great drinks; same fast service. Only each store has a unique vibe. Its the people behind the counter. Take Jonathan for example. An excellent barista. He is friendly and outgoing. People like Jonathan make Starbucks. Thankfully. Wheelchair accessible including a neutral gender bathroom. Free parking.

Charged me extra for syrup that I requested to be in my coffee that should have not been extra for my coffee and then they didn’t even include the syrup in my coffee. That pretty much sums up this place.

Everytime you do a mobile order its most likely not ready. They seem to take care of everyone who waited in line first. The app says 2-6 min, prepare to wait at least 10-15. And I was in there last week, the girl made my drink and someone elses iced instead of hot. She blamed her co-workers that theyre giving her the wrong labels, yet the label just said gr mocha. Not iced. Nothing that states she was supposed to make it iced. A few weeks ago I was in there getting a mocha with 3 shots espresso, and I didnt drink it until I got to work and they literally forgot to put any espresso in it, and it was $6 hot chocolate. But thankfully Starbucks is a wonderful company and refunded me for their error. Still this location is hit or miss.

Service is always great here. The problem, is that it is in a tiny little place in an otherwise huge/empty strip mall! Starbucks really should consider moving into one of the vacant spaces!

Of all locations this is my least fave. Have had burned egg bites and today waited 8 minutes for a grande water with food order and water never came. Did ask and he said they were very busy and behind. Well if thats the case why were people who ordered after ne getting their drinks. Needs new manager and very disappointed and will tend to avoid this location.

While it has the typical perky baristas and noisy environment: coffee machines & customer conversations. The inner interior is relatively small compared to others that I have visited, and it does not give off that vibe of stay and do your work inside. In my opinion, I have to say that it is designed more as a spot to meetup for coffee or an interview versus that place for a student to conduct homework or study.During my visit, I actually wanted to grab my mocha latte and login to my blog, but I was hindered from that due to the lack of outlets, seats near wall outlets and workstations. That alone gave me the assumption that this is not a place where students go because how can you plug your laptop in inside of a place that has few outlets.I imagine that many of the students visit the Dunkin Donuts up the street versus this location because the Dunkin Donuts is cozier, yet has a tad more in comparison. This Starbucks also lacks the comfortable cushioned furniture, which most Starbucks locations have. To paint the picture clearer, it is basically your typical Dunkin Donuts, yet composed of a Starbucks menu and interior color. Yep! That sounds about right.The funny thing about Starbucks locations in Chicago are that they lack parking, but have all the comfortable inner furniture that lures you into staying to do your work. However you have this location in Morton Grove with ample amount of parking, yet nothing that welcomes you to stay and do your work.Nothing against this location because the customer service I received was great! My low three star rating is based off its design, which is definitely fixable! My question is where do you go, if you were in this situation as a student or blogger wanting to enjoy coffee or a mocha latte while getting in work on your laptop?Thomas G

Small but nice space with some outdoor seating. Got our drinks fast but the food took over ten minutes and the scone was crushed.

The woman who was taking order was extremly rude. Person who made my coffee was okay. But the order was different from what I asked and I asked the person to make it again. Then the woman who took my order came and yelled at me. Wow, I never had this kind of experience before. This happened today July 17th 2pm. The person needs more training not to ruin the reputation of Starbucks. If I can I woukd give zero or negative star.

Hi everybody I would like to share my experience in this location, yesterday evening I went there and the person who helped us was very sarcastic by provide poor customer service first full when I gave him my order I would like to order two drinks and I just gave him the first one when he walked away to star making it and he asked, !!!!what else!!!!! Louder and I finished to give him my order even I pretty sure he didn’t heard me he was working with bad attitude he lucked unhappy like he don’t even want to be there, so at the end he gave us our drinks and when I tested mine it wasn’t what I ordered, so I told him I asked for soy milk and his exclamation was !!ok!!!!!! So he prepared it with soy milk, but my sorprise was that right way when I tasted flavor to me was wired and I pull my cup to look at the bottom and I appreciate that the milk was expired... so I came back to him again and I told him I don’t know what’s wrong today, but this milk is expired look at that, and his exclamation was very sarcastic by saying well just stir it and be ok.... he not even came to me and try to be nice so I told him no because taste is wired and look is expired this is not my first time getting this drink I know perfectly how the flavor is, so he just said ok, what do you want!!!!😡😡😡, I looked at him very upset and I told him I just want my money back thank you, so he called the mgr I guess and she made the refund to us very nice by providing me a gift card with $4.00 dlrs in, but what I would like to say I don’t understand why there’s people who just work for make money, not for make people happy this kind of person don’t even realize that without customers there’s no money if there’s no job if there’s no job there’s no money if there’s no money so there’s no life, He was white guy with no good presentation and horrible attitude..... The biggest issue with this starbucks is their complete disregard for customers that sit in. Its absolutely a terrible place if you want to study: extra loud, cold, and few plugs. Its almost as if they dont want people sitting there after they purchase their products. Avoid it.

Coffee is always fresh, also clean, comfortable, nice place for morning refreshment.

Its a Starbucks holiday experience . The line sometimes gets a bit long. Ordered one small & one grande Caramel Macchiato on Christmas Eve, but scrooged barista only filled both cups to about half full. Wish for this pricey coffee drinks are little more fill-up.
