One star is way to much for this location!!!!! the girl I believe her name was (GINA) who was taking our order seemed like she doesnt even want to work we were giving her our order and she kept saying okay move forward we were still ordering she was so rude, after she took the order and got it wrong and when we were telling her about it she was like u said that and she start cursing knowing that we can still hear her also this location needs better training on how to make beverages properly and the staff here are super rude & always mess up my orders ( A message to the owner please teach your employee to respect customers the way u want to keep them coming back to your store )...

Rude customer service. Rude employees. Different prices than what is on display. Do not have half the items and you can hear them laughing while ordering. Customer service is not hard, but here it is. This is 10 in the morning with two extremely rude ladies (Saturday) if anyone working there cares to figure out who actually was there today.They also just tossed in all the donated together on top of one another, no separation, the frosting went everywhere and isn’t that a good looking vanilla? Pay a bunch 29 for that?

Worst location I have experience. Bad terrible service. Never coming back to this location. Unprofessional and most rude employees. The manager needs train their employees the correct way. The skinny lady at the window was giving me a dirty look. She was awful.

This location very often closes early. Its hours are listed as closing at 8 pm and I see them closed much earlier than that when I try to go between 7 and 8 pm. Once in a while they open to their listed hours but usually not.

Horrible!!! Staff is so disrespectful!! I’ve let it slide a couple times but that’s it! So rude and such attitude towards customers is unacceptable! The owner should finally take action and get rid of the girls working there! Just destroying the reputation of the location. When an employee makes a mistake and then still has the balls to be disrespectful at the customer, the employee should be fired immediately. Not to mentions they sell old not fresh donuts! Unfortunately such a close Dunkin to our home however worst staff with Customer Service/ unprofessional Personnel. Today 8.31 at 5pm I decided as usual to pick up a light ice latte and a donut on my way home to find myself having the most uncomfortable situation with this dunkin.Went by the drive-thru, asked for a light latte with a donut. Went to the window to pay as the young lady was giving me the drink, I told her I asked for a light latte, her reply, it is and started laughing. I said can you please remake it for me, and she then left the window took about a minute to make me the drink and came back with milk and whip cream. Very disrespectful, my husband and I come here every morning since you guys opened and this is the treatment we received! PLEASE REVIEW YOUR PERSONNEL BECAUSE THEY ARE PUTTING YOUR BUSINESS AT RISK. Paid for it and couldn’t even take my food due to the girl closing the drive-thru window and walk-in door.

Awful. Not sure why I go back but this is it.. today I get a matcha late and they filled the entire cup with so much ice, I could barely get my straw in and was done in about 4 sips. Management, step up your game!!

WOW! Stopped here to get bagels and coffee for a meeting at Niles North HS. The store is amazing and the manager (Joe) could not have been more helpful and energetic. The experience made my day. He even threw in this awesome mug!

Of the all the Dunkin’ I visited the worst drivethru experience I ever had ordered a large ice coffee easy ice the employee plainly says pull-up (not even a thank u) ok? I pull-up to the window she explains they ran out of large cups(????) instead offered medium size why didn’t you mention that when taking order. Upon receiving my coffee I asked her easy ice 3times I get my coffee with full ice i backed up to the window and told her how upset I was she just stares/glares at me I asked her what’s the problem she stated don’t tell me how to do my job (REALLY) not even apologetic IS IT THAT HARD JUST TO GET A EASY ICE COFFEE

This place has worse service. At 7:39 am I order a drink with 2 hazelnut shots and they give me a drink with swirl instead. The lady told me I was wrong and ordered swirl. Then she had me park outside and wait until 7:45 and brought me the SAME DRINK and walked away. She has been rude in the past calling me out that why did I say coffee instead of latte. She is an Indian lady and there has to be something done about her. Never going there again.

Rude, Rude, Rude young lady who is clearly on a personal call she’s taking your order and 100 percent of the time when she is there, the order is wrong because she wasn’t paying attention. Every single time that she is there I have to return because she packs up random things that aren’t even close she is completely unapologetic about it. I think it’s the exact same girl from the review right below. Some people don’t really want their jobs and are incorrigible maybe they just need to find something else to do there that does not involve speaking to human beings.

Really love this Dunkin the best! They are so much better at service and their bagels are so fresh! The display offers such tempting delights one doesnt know which one to choose. Definitely going back.

This Dunkin is brand new and the construction is very modern. The modern feel works great with studying or even meeting a friend. My only complaint is that it was way too cold!

Im a physical therapist at a skilled nursing facility and was running a few errands after work today when I thought I would stop by to grab the Free donut and medium coffee deal for healthcare workers. I arrived at ~7:50pm and the lights inside the lobby were off, but I could see one lady in the back with the kitchen lights on. I double-checked the closing time to make sure I wasnt mistaken, but the website still said that it closed at 9pm so I went towards the drive-through where there was no line, just me. I waited by the speaker for about 30 seconds with no one greeting me or asking to take my order; I even called out several times to see if it would get anyones attention. When no one answered, I drove to the window to see if I could speak to anyone. I saw the same lady sweeping or mopping the floor, so I gave two quick honks to try to get her attention. She completely ignored me and walked towards the back again. I thought that, for some reason, she may not have heard me, so I waited for her come back around and honked again when she did. When she STILL didnt turn around, I reached out my window and knocked on the glass of the drive-through window. Only at that point did she turn around, glare at me, and mouth out Were closed with a lot of attitude (the kind you dont need to hear; you just know) before proceeding to turn her back towards me and ignore me again. I tried to call out again and even pointed out the store hours that were posted on the drive-through window saying that they close at 9pm, but she just returned to the back and I didnt see her come back up, nor was I in the mood to wait even longer and argue when all I wanted was a simple coffee and donut and to go home. I just drove away and went to the location on Dempster and had no issues there, even though they were busier and it was a little more out of the way for me.Im still open to be corrected that maybe I missed something and that this particular location closed at 7:45pm or earlier tonight, but unless that happens, Im definitely not going back to this place if it means Im going to be treated so poorly.

I love going to this dunkin! The people there are great and work efficiency. Ive basically become a regular here at this point.

I made a mistake and ordered my coffee at a different location, when I wanted to order it at this location. I asked the staff and the manager was kind enough to make me a new one! I didn’t want to have to turn around since I was so close to work. Super grateful! Not only that but my ice coffee was really good! Super happy about my experience and this location is the best Dunkin’s around.

I had the opportunity to see this Dunkin Donuts being built because I drive passed it while at work on the weekends. My thoughts were once it opens I plan to give it my business versus the location on Dempster St, which is a lot more congested with customers compared to this newer location at the moment. It obviously does not have half of what the Dempster St location has, such as a Baskin Robbins attached, along with access to a party room inside. But I guess with time we will see if some of its customers flock to this location to avoid the congestion.In my opinion, it is a little odd to have a Dunkin Donuts in this sector because of there not being other known businesses which would give it more visibility to others, but hey! It should benefit the majority that work in the sector and some that drive down Waukegan Rd that want fresh coffee or donuts because there is not any other competing coffee businesses in this sector, or let alone businesses that offer free WiFi like such.My initial visit came on an afternoon with one of my clients, who was up for the visit after I promised I would buy him something. Since there was an empty lot I figured that I would drop in to purchase and get a feel of it. We ended up purchasing a half dozen donuts, which was solely because of my client wanting only three donuts, and I took the other three. The employee ended up giving me two extra donuts to go along with my half dozen, which was probably because of there not being much business yet. I cannot complain about that, but I guess in the meantime I will enjoy having this Dunkin Donuts near were I work until business starts picking up. Please save yourself the trouble and dont go here. It is the most inconsistent place Ive ever been at, and every single time Ive been there theyve had new employees. They honestly make the worst coffee. Every time they mix 3 types. Original, decaf and dark roast. It is disgusting. You dont believe me, go there and get yourself a Frankenstein coffee. Theyve always mixed types of coffees into one. And i dont think any of them know how to make a coffee, they either add WAY too much of flavor or WWA too little. Its incredibly inconsistent everytime. You never get what you ask for. Ive gave them 5 tries and ive qent with someone everytime and both of our coffees were horrible. Please dont come here. Unless you want to laugh at how they mix 3 types of coffees into one cup for you :)
