I recently ordered invitations for my upcoming wedding. I started the ordering process in early February and didnt finalize the proof until March because of the untimely responses and proof changes via email. The proofs had simple mistakes such as New Jersey being spelled wrong. Once I finalized and ordered I was told printing would take 3 weeks, but I didnt receive them until the 4th week and I had to follow up. My voicemails were not answered so I had to drive to the store. Additionally, when my order came in I did not receive as many reception cards as I had ordered, had to drive back to the store again to pick them up. The owner Amy also did not open her store (which opens at 10am on Saturdays) until 2pm leaving me waiting until the afternoon to pick up my invites. By then the post office was closed and I could not weigh my invites to purchase stamps. I discussed my situation with Amy and she advised that its not her fault as she has kids in sports with schedule changes. Its disheartening and with our reply card date being May 5th, I feel we were late on sending out our invites. I would not recommend going here. I rated 2 stars because I liked the way our invites came out but the stress was not worth it.

I have never written a review in my life. The girl at the store was the most rude person ever. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If I was her manager I would fire her straight away.
