Kendel, the pharmacy manager, and her team are wonderful, hardworking, caring health professionals. During the stressful time of a pandemic, where they’re doing COVID shots, COVID tests, in addition to their responsibilities as pharmacists, they still smile and take the best care of their patients. I love the team. So if you have to wait a little bit, remember all the extra stuff these heroes are doing to keep their community safe in a pandemic ❤️

Ok CVS Location. I prefer Walgreens to CVS store. CVS tend to be smaller and more cramped and this one is. It was clean. Didnt interact with employees.

So I was just given the wrong covid shot. I was supposed to get the phizer and was given the Moderna for my second shot. No one apologized or anything. Not professional at all. I am very displeased.

Short staffed all the time. Takes hours maybe even next day to have prescription filled. You might get your call answered at the pharmacy or just simply ignored.

The store manager Melissa, I know shes the store manager because she proudly said so after kicking this young Hispanic woman out of her store with her babies because they were not wanted in her store. It is 2017 and racism is very old and not tolerated and Morristown Tn is full of respectable Latin Americans. I will never EVER go back to any place where they are not only racist but proudly shows it because of the position she holds

They never had my meds ready. 40 minutes for 1 med, 2 days after it was sent in. I have switched pharmacies. Their pharmacy is really understaffed.

Cashier was rude got in line to check out and was told I needed to be behind the 6ft line . I looked and I was many 10 inches in front of the line Im an adult not a child to be ordered behind the line he could have asked me to step back instead of ordering

The staff is nice and helpful.
