Made an appointment to get some repairs on my daily driver, currently driving the vehicle. The soonest they had was 2 weeks out. Drove the car in on the appointment date and time and it was not even looked at for two days after the appointment date. Repairs suggested totaled $4600. Was not given an itemized of each repair cost verbally or on paper, decided to get a second opinion. Still had to pay $169 for the diagnostics.

Brian our service adviser never contacted us back about our vehicle kept it for over a week when just running a diagnostic test on it. When the bill came it showed he replaced a battery an coil pack of which we replaced ourselves in there parking lot. We called daily an never got a real response problem was never solved. I wont be returning wouldnt recommend them.

Otto and rest of service department was professional, courteous and thorough during my visit. They promptly ordered equipment to resolve a recent recall on our 2013 Tahoe. This is our first service visit to Morristown Chevrolet and well definitely be back. They have a current price match on tires and were going to have 4 put on next week. I highly recommend them next time you need service.

This dealership is 30 minutes away but I chose it because my local Chevy dealership couldnt get me in for service for several weeks. I arrived on time and was seen very quickly. Everyone was polite and the repairs were taken care of. Thanks Morristown Chevrolet!

In general was good. The only thing is they show me a truck to try with some accessories that the new truck do not have. That was disappointment for me.

Very slow service, and changed parts that did not fix my truck. Took a week to change a sensor and changed the def pump which did not fix the problem. The sensor was available in the parts dept.

We continually go back to Morristown Chevrolet for service because of Otto. He always takes care of us. But the dealership is under new management, and when you call into the dealership someone takes a message for service. Sometimes those messages don’t always get relayed to them. In fact, we took our car in for a recall that they ordered parts for and three weeks later we still haven’t received a call back to come in for the service. So I’m guessing the parts are still on back ordered?

They found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner.

Everyone was friendly, as usual. They are a bit slow. I was there for 2.5 hours. However, they were short staffed.

Morristown Service department tried pocketing $4,500 off me. They said I had 68,000 miles and no warranty as soon as I got in my car I took to Reeder Chevrolet in Knoxville and they fixed my car free of charge because my car had 40,000 miles and still under warranty.

Although I accidently showed up for my service appointment a week early, they still took my care in without saying a word and performed the service. The service took less than half the time I was told it would take and it seems to have taken care of the problem.I do, however, need to call them about the large piece of broken plastic I found on the passenger floor when I got home. I hope it is not from something important.
