Bought two tires not in stock online for ship to store to have installed. Everything went great with the process including shipping time and decent installation. You can however forget about calling for status and getting anyone to pick-up the phone.

Good people but don’t listen very well. I told them I also wanted my engine cleaned but didn’t get it. That’s ok.

They do a great job and they will help you and talk to you about stuff.

Waited an hour and a a half and they pulled the car out after it was lifted up because someone came in with an appointment. Unprofessional go anywhere else worst service ever

Absolutely refused to change headlight simply because they had to take a plastic panel off. Terrible service

The service center always find a way to get out of work. This time, I wanted 4 new tires and they refused because my car is not high as an SUV. Go to Porters for customer service!!

I have a lifetime warranty on my tires and rotation and balance they would not honor it.

Went in for an oil change and noticed within the week after small oil leak that turned into having to put a quart and half to 2 quarts a day in it. Called them took it back and they were rude pulled it out said we didnt cause this. Manager then pulled it in put oil in it changed filter supposing a second time said they didnt do it and take it to a shop. Now 3 weeks later my car is sitting and needs a new engine.

After my experience I would not recommend anyone to purchase a Walmart tire. I bought a brand new set of tires kept having problems with them. They gave me a new set with a different name. Still having problems with those tires. Apparently Walmart has some contract with the tire company to where they can get a lower grade Tire with that companys name stamped on it. I think its worth paying the extra $100 to go to an actual tire place. They also had an extremely small team for the amount of people needing service. However the management team was very nice and willing to help.

I will never go here for any type of service again. I have used them for both my vehicles for all needs. Today I went cause I literally had a flat tire in there parking lot and the other back tire was just as bad. Got there about 6:45 they did not close till 8. They had 2 cars in front of me I believe and the assistant manager literally came out and told me Im sorry but my guys are ready to walk out and I cant make them stay. I can ask them if they will take care of you but thats it. I will take my business to somewhere that appreciates it from now on. I am a paying customer and obviously they dont need the business. I know that it was close to closing time, but they had no requards to the fact that I may not have even made it home.

It took over 2 hours to get tires rotated and balanced. Take it how you wish. May just have been a crummy day to get it done.

Went for a oil change and left with no oil change, and I waited 30mins and no one even spoke to me at all.Even went inside to see if I was supposed to come in and tell them what i wanted n I was told to wait in my car .Would have been for someone to a least speak to me n let me know they know Im here!!! And know whos next in line!Ended up going to valvoline, and I will only go there from here out now their how a oil place should be ran. The moment I pulled in i was greeted n was in n out within 15min,n I didnt even have to leave my car!!!!Dont waste ur time at Wal-Mart with bad attitude workers.

They were very courteous and friendly with prompt service. Unfortunately they did my rotation wrong. Everything else was very well done though.

I really hate Walmart but this Auto center treats customers with respect. I had to have a small leak fixed on my tire. They were about to close but stayed late to do it anyway and they were very polite.

Took my car to have a tire changed at 7. 2 HOURS LATER I was told “oh we didn’t get to get to it” and he LAUGHS! I have a knot on my tire which can be incredibly dangerous! They left my car out in the middle of parking lot. I was absolutely horrified. I waited inside Walmart for TWO HOURS for them to do nothing and then had to pick up my children in this car that still had a hazardous tire!

Buy my tires here good prices and service. I also have my oil changed here sometimes

The line/wait was long but I believe its the only place for car maintenance open on Sundays in the Morristown area. Friendly service and the job(2 tires replaced) was done right.

Excellent. Ive had bad experiences with the Walmart tire/lube in Johnson City, TN to the point I wont take my car there, but I was not disappointed this time in Morristown. I needed a tire on Easter Sunday and the shop helped me resolve an issue with a damaged rim. I could not have received better service. Shannon was great and took the time to help, really went the extra mile. The rest of the staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly.

Worst place ever!!!!! Very rude and unprofessional. Went at 6 to get a simple oil change, and they come out and tell me that it will be at least a couple of hours before they can get to me. There was only two cars in front of me. Past times that I came here it took at least two hours for a simple oil change. Will most definitely not be back.

Fast service, friendly staff but I dont think they ever go through the entire inspection process that comes with oil changes. Low tire pressure warning before and after service the last time I went.

Convenient curbside service. They were pretty busy on visit but moved right along.

The service is professional, but the communication from the staff to the waiting customer is absolutely terrible. I once sat there for an extra 30 minutes for my car which was already done. No one told me!

The men in the service area are very friendly, but its pathetic waiting 2 hours for an oil change. Especially when they tell you it will be an hour. Next time I come back Ill drop my car off for a few hours and come back to get it.

I think its bs to be charged 9$ per tire to change them. Anytime I ever bought new tires that was included. Wasnt that good of price on tires either
