Guys did a great job and were very friendly taking the time to just chat with me some after service was done. Very happy with service and installation was flawless.

Due to covid-19 shipment was the only problem for my glass. Everything went great after a schedule was set for the repair. After work the repair was finished and I was ready to go.

This company charges far too much for the service they provide.Yes I understand that they come to you to replace or repair your broken glass, however there are other companies locally, that can do the same thing for half the price.If youre going to have a company thats essentially the Walmart of glass repair, you should have the Walmart price to go with it.

The first time they came out, I had taken the day off from work, they told me they had the wrong windshield. We scheduled another day and the same thing. I was so mad, I asked the tech for his manager to call me, but he never did. The technician got ahold of his boss and found out the wrong windshield was on my car from a previous replacement. Had he not checked it out, we wouldnt have gotten it fixed.

I hsd my 2017 jettas windshield replaced here and the windshield ehey put in is not the size it wad before. I had bought a windshield cover when I bought the csr but now its too big. The windshield has absolutely no curve in it so I cant adjust my rear view mirror properly due to it hits the windshield to soon. I would never go back herr.

Do not use this company, First they installed a defective windshield with air bubbles in it - per safelite this is totally fine .Now my windshield its scratched, I removed the ice from the windshield using a plastic window scraper, i drive for 20 years now and i lived in Chicago where we had ice on the windshield all winter and not once the plastic scraper damaged my glass but in Tennessee it happens per safelite .When they changed my windshield they took my mirror out and put it back on and my mirror doesnt blackout at night - they told us they dont touch that - so please explain it to me how they changed the windshield if the mirror is glued to it .Bunch of crooks and liars .

Had chip in our 2016 honda pilot they fixed it fast and you cant tell it had anything wrong with it
