I honestly don’t do this, but this time I had no other choice but to leave a bad review. I really wished that google would have the option of minus stars. Here’s my experience: So I did an appointment 2 weeks ago, for today @ 7:30AM; the truck needed oil and filter service, two recall concerns and a miss shifting problem on the transmission. So I dropped off the truck @ 7:30AM and the check-in process, lasted about 10 minutes. I called my service advisor Zachary Tyler @ 11:30am, and he left me on hold for 10 minutes. When he came back on the line, he stated to me, that “they” were working on my truck recalls. Here’s the kicker… I have a live GPS on my truck that detects when the truck gets started, and when its in motion. The key factor of this review is, that nobody bothered to service my vehicle since I dropped it off, and was parked @ 7:44am. See below the evidence of my statement. Tangible proof these days is essential to establish the validity of written content.

I would give more stars if I could! Jared Jensen and Scott DeBrigard from Beyer Ford are lifesavers. I had an extremely limited time frame to find a new car to lease before my prior vehicle went back. With the current auto industry situation, I have been scrambling and under so much pressure to find something FAST. I have searched high and low for a pickup truck, my first choice being a Ford Ranger. I started giving up hope until my aunt found Beyer Ford on a whim. Their dealership had one Ranger in stock so I submitted an online request for more info and was immediately contacted by Jared. After receiving some numbers for a lease, I was happy and submitted my application. Knowing what is going on with the vehicle shortage, I was more than happy with the price I would be paying. Jared made me aware of the student program Ford offered and I immediately submitted my credentials. I am someone with a limited credit history with no other car loans or leases on my credit so it was a process to get approved but between Jared and Scott, they both went above and beyond to make this approval happen. There was always constant communication and we were able to seal the deal within 24 hours. My boyfriend and I went to the dealership to sign papers and submit our down payment and the process was PAINLESS. Everyone at Beyer Ford was very kind and accommodating and answered every question we had. I have heard nightmare stories of the processes at most dealerships but Jared and Scott totally changed that stigma. I cant recommend them enough! I am so thankful for both of them going above and beyond to make our dream car a reality!

Just purchased a EcoBoost mustang from Jared, best experience ever. Coolest guy ever, helped us out with any little thing we needed, always had a smile on his face, great attitude. Beyer Ford changed how I view car dealerships. My girlfriend and I were in a complete bind and had to give back our current VW the next week and the car shortage did not help. Robert Z, the used car manager, is a straight shooter who knows what he’s doing. I brought in my 2009 Subaru Forester, he did a quick inspection and gave me a fair price and some good options. Polite and professional!

Left my car with this dealership for two days just for them to tell me that they had not even started on it yet. I was ensured that it would be ready on the second day and when I hadnt heard back after leaving a VM, I had to call several times to finally get a hold of the correct person in service. Turns out my car will have to go back at a later date for them to fix it. Waste of time and horrible communication.

I honestly wish there was a zero star option. We bought our Explorer from Beyer Ford in 2018. Scott had presented us with the Ford extended warranty plan for an extra 8 years / 100,000 miles. We were told “you pay for the warranty and that’s it. It covers 2000+ parts, you lose a key it’s covered, a one time fee when you sign up”. After 3 years we had to bring the car in for a repair. I confirmed with Lydia THREE SEPARATE TIMES that there was no fee for this repair. I was assured on three separate occasions there was no fee, we were $0 out of pocket.When Lydia called to tell us the car was ready, she mentioned a $100 deductible. I was shocked as this was never mentioned to us. Not when we bought the car nor when I confirmed three separate times at the service center.I spoke with the service manager who was insane why rude and condescending, basically told me sorry there is nothing we can do but corporate can waive the fee. I spent two hours on the phone with multiple people at corporate who gave me the run around, transferring me about four or five different times. They told me it is an easy fix and Beyer itself can fix the issue by just waiving the deductible.When I went to go pick up the car because we could not be without it, I saw our salesman Eddie. He asked how we were, etc. I went through the whole ordeal with him again. He relayed my aggravation to Scott and had me talk directly to him. Throughout my conversation with Scott, he basically called me a liar, said he ALWAYS is upfront and is very clear with his sales pitch. He even writes it down on the back of the paperwork to spell it out (we have the paperwork, the back is blank). He kept saying “I’m sorry, I wish there was something I could do”. Well, he in fact is NOT sorry or he wouldn’t lie and border on consumer fraud when selling the extended service warranty. The whole process was very deceitful. This is why car salesmen have reputations as sleaze balls. I am sure this will come as no surprise but we will obviously not be supporting this business anymore. When people ask for recommendation online for car dealerships, I will be sure to relay my entire NEGATIVE experience including my direct experiences with Lydia from service and Scott.

I Had a 10 o’clock appointment that day to get my car looked at nobody looked at it until 2 PM nor did I get a call saying “hey we’re a little backed up nobody’s looked at the car yet” then finally after figuring out what’s happening of course they need to wait for FORD to say we are going to fix it or put in a whole new system. They ordered parts which as of today 9/22 are still waiting for them to be “delivered” so I will have to be without a vehicle for another week and a half god willing until it gets Repaired. Honestly the biggest mistake of my life was buying a Ford the customer service at this place has been by far the worst ever I don’t understand how FORD as a company has people like this running their front line unbelievable 🤦🏻‍♀️
