I have been waiting at the back counter for about 20 min and no one has come to help. I’ve pressed their call button numerous times and to no avail. Ah. A man named Terence has come to save the day. Alas, he does not have the key to open the case. I do not blame Terence as I do not believe this is his job and am great-full for his help. Good day.

Its very busy and trucks can park on the backside by by the pick up zone. They dont like us to stay overnight though.Its really busy so stocking varies.it has most of what I like.

Some shelves are pretty empty. The deli wasnt open. What is happening here at Walmart?

Morris IL. Walmart is probably the cleanest,most well run Walmarts I have encountered in my travels around Illinois. I stopped to get some sandwich articles, cheese, salami, etc.I could not believe the selection of cheeses, I couldnt pick all of them,but Ill definatly be back for other selections. No lines were encountered and I actually had a live human check out individual,

It was just ok. Midday on a Monday I did not expect the store to look like it was a Saturday at 6pm. Not sure if its due to lack of staffing or just how the store conditions normally are. The produce department had lots of holes and the green rack was less than desirable looking. The can good section had tons of cardboard on the shelf and you couldnt tell where anything was supposed to be. Digging through empty tray packs to find what I was looking for. The dairy department seemed to be stocked and conditioned well enough, in addition the milk house was in good shape with full facings on gallons with good date rotation.Being new to the area and still looking for my go-to grocery store, not sure if this is the one or not.

The Morris, IL. Walmart store is the most well maintained Walmart Ive ever visited.

Walmart is one of my favorite stores to go and do all the shopping I need for my household from clothing to kitchen supplies and appliances 2 miscellaneous tools they got everything a person needs

This is will stocked, the shipping carts are in the store (you dont have to go find one)the employees are helpful

Early visit... concerns about stock levels being spotty but like all retailers they are at the mercy of transportation systems being backed up. Staff very helpful.

Normally hate going to Walmart. Even though this supercenter seems smaller than most. I like this store the best because self check out is so easy

It is actually a nice place not full of crazies some of the staff is a little Loco but other than that it was a great experience probably one of the better Walmart and an added plus the shelves werent bare.

Decent location. It wasnt busy and the staff was helpful but Im confused why the deli wasnt open at almost noon. I dont know if this is normal or not but they have to be missing out on sales. I really wanted to get some deli items!

I know the employees have no control over this but I really hate those tall carts they roll around the store to fulfill pickup orders. Wish they could find another way to do that. Otherwise, no complaints.

This Walmart is not the walmart to go to very low staffing and there ignorant if u talk to them..!!! Very sad

I Love this Walmart! I’ve been shopping here for years and I’m still alive! The people here are friendly but not too nice! It’s Thanksgiving and the Black Friday crowd is quivering! I’m getting in and out before it starts!

It’s never stocked. I’m not sure if it’s bc of Covid or not, but they are always low in everything.

I needed some Tracfone cards from Wal-Mart. I found the Wal-Mart and bought the Tracfone cards. It worked out well.

If this Walmart doesnt have it, I can bet that within 150 miles, no other one will have what you are looking for. The staff are always helpful, because we are always looking for stuff not found in our area. Clean store, plenty of items on the shelves.

Seriously, not everyone can go through self-checkout. Open a couple more normal lanes and restock your office supply section!

Clean. Bit narrow in some aisles. Well layed out. Plenty of stock and options. Some inventory on shelves suffered from handling. NO MANDATORY MASKS! SWEET! 60% were wearing masks, 40% were not ....very nice to see Patrons exercising their personal freedoms on both, unhindered.

Went to Walmart in Morris got grocery pickup. Was easy and convenient

Less expensive than the Bourbonnais-Bradley, IL location. Although I did have more problems finding certain key items, and a did find a few rude employees over there.

I never had a problem with Walmart i got. Bread no date on it when I got home look a blue was expired a long time ago

Called to see if I could get a new tire and was told by the lady in the auto center that once they finished the car they were on they were done for the day. The kicker is, it’s 4:15 and they don’t close until 6:00. Just typical quality service you can now expect from Walmart.

Great but need to improve online pick up produce limit quantities for bulk at a corporate level I don’t mean this location. Also need to improve product availability

Great celery. Weird cucumbers. Hard as rock avocados. And why am I always getting the last hair color. Why cant there be more than one box!

No rotisserie chicken since noon. Kitchen was shut down cause only one person working in back. Seems like WALMART is becoming like SUPER K all over

Two stars only because the auto center employees are absolutely amazing, if I lived closer this is the only place I would bring my vehicles, thank you for being so wonderful!However.... the rest of the shopping experience was a nightmare. I was yelled at, honestly, by q cashier and asked to leave her aisle for a 6 foot violation (which I am positive I did not make as I was there with my children and one has a bone marrow disorder so we take social distancing and masking up more seriously than the average person). It was shocking, embarrassing and meant to shame me (in front of my children and other customers). I removed my items and moved to a different lane.Then the young lady checking us out on the next lane was wearing a tight, see through, crop top with her entire stomach exposed and her Walmart vest completely unzipped. All of the other employees were wearing plain clothes, some with their vest zipped, others not. It was all over the place, from crop tops and ripped jeans to polyester purple and dirty shoes.Honestly, not sure what is going on with the management of the front of house employees at this Walmart but it was the most unprofessional experience Ive ever had. Quite embarrassing.

Always find everything I need. But everytime I call no one answers or when I get transfered they hangup on me. I can always count on this store to ignore the phone and make me waste gas to ask one question.

Pharmacy always helpful and affordable when possible. Lots of good options. Does not offer alcohol.

It was a bit busier than usual but even with the new floor plan it was easy to find everything and there was plenty of available check out positions.

Its a Walmart no registers ever open besides self usually takes a day or a week for new stock to get there....

Of course I love Walmart as long as I remember my budget and dont get run over by a long time employee that maybe had to work harder and I didnt know on my account but on theirs to begin with ?

Shopping was great. Checkout was AWFUL !! 2 LANES with a cashier. Long lines...self checkout was very very irritating. Can order from Amazon easier.

Nice store. Limited parking for truck drivers but they do allow you to park and shop. No overnight parking allowed. You will be towed.

They are a superstore. Has just about everything you could want. What more is there to say? Except maybe: where are the local businesses? Where is the true mom and pop shops?

The Morris IL Walmart has 4 handicap carts, nearly half, that are out of service. Please get these fixed ASAP!!!I had a huge list of items to buy, but because there were no handicap carts available, I only bought the things I really needed, about $30 worth. If Id been able to buy everything on my list, it probably would have cost about $150.I like going to the Morris Walmart because their carts are usually working and well maintained, unlike other Walmarts, whose carts are sitting out in the parking lots with dead batteries, or sitting inside, unplugged with dead or dying batteries.So please fix these carts as soon as possible!!!!!

Paper towels in the mens restrooms where out.. With the pandemic going on people want to wash and dry hands

I need a receipt look up and Wendy has helped me to find it. I can not remember the date, and have to try different cards on different dates until we find it. She did it with a smile and sincerely provided a quality service. Wendy is an asset to the store.

I suggest going during the week, its less busy. Theyre semi fast with their grocery pickup but there has been twice I had to go back due to them forgetting half of my order.

Not enough self check out devices and not set up for big orders when using the self check out device....

Its super crowded. There is never enough cashiers. The shelves were missing some of the items we wanted, so we had to settle for second best options. The employees arent friendly. The only thing this store/company has going for them is they are convenient.
